Incredible Gluten-Free Soufflé

It's hard to find really delicious gluten-free offerings in fine-dining, but my gluten-free salmon soufflé was every bit as delicious as my husband's rustic sausage soufflé. In addition, we had some of the best French onion soup we've had outside of France. Service was excellent and the choices... read more

I popped in for lunch in between meetings and treated myself to a chicken soufflé-marinated chicken and tomatillo sauce! Yum! I would definitely go back again!

If you like soufflés then probably rise is the place to dine! I, on the other hand, is not too fond of soufflés and therefore did not really enjoy the experience. However, the restaurant has a unique décor which I admired. I enjoyed the company of my friends for a lunch break more than the food served. In addition, I... More

Located in a high-end outdoor mall, rise (no capital) is a French dining oasis that specializes in individual soufflés. Stepping into rise, you are transported into a French farmhouse. Started with marshmallow soup (try it, it's delicious) followed by ham and Gruyere souffle. I was in heaven. Excellent service and friendly staff. Bought the cookbook.

The only place I know in town (in the country) to have a meal with only soufflés. They are light, filling but not too much. You have both classic soufflés and more original The decor is very original, you feel out of time and out of Dallas.

Soufflés, both sweet and savory and that's pretty much it. Wasn't sure what to expect. Service was wonderful and food was good, if a little pricey. We were seated next to a very loud, large party so conversation at our table was difficult to hear. Considered this an interesting experience but haven't been back.

I have had many pleasureable lunches at Rise- the bread is served hot and fresh, with yummy butter, there are always new souffles to try, along with the old favorites, the stuffed articoke is yummy and save room for a dessert soufflé! I think its expensive for what you get but you are also paying for atmosphere, which is warm,... More

This place is like no other! Where else do you get a choice of so many souffles?! I have seen dessert souffles on menus, but rarely entree souffles....And these are truly wonderful. The crab...the mushroom...And the desserts are amazing! Great spot for a special meal...The decor just makes it complete...A must!
