Rise is still amazing! Great soufflés and service

We went to Rise after a show and had a wonderful dinner! Great savory soufflés! Ham and cheese and mushroom with Truffles! We shared the chocolate soufflé for desert! This place is a gem!

I've only sampled the souffles here, but really enjoyed all that I've tried. My sun-dried tomato and pesto was the most flavorful. The menu choices are great, but be sure and consider the specials of the day as well. The service was attentive without being intrusive.

My husband and I stopped here on a whim and boy am I glad we did. The bread is to die for and the soufflé was light and fluffy. Amazing! When you walk in you can smell all the amazing combinations of flavors. So good!

Excellent soufflés and service with a romantic atmosphere, in our out. The bread and butter is equally fantastic. Only criticism, the soufflés do not come with any sides, so a complete meal almost requires that you order an appetizer, side salad, and dessert. Our experience: the crab cake and ham and cheese were both quite tasty. We also tried the... More

A cozy, friendly unique restaurant The decor is French bistro. Friendly service. But the best-the soufflés! Everyone was happy with their choice-cauliflower, corn and jalapeño, and the spinach. We also enjoyed the French onion soup. The apricot soufflé for dessert was terrific.

Very much enjoyed the Seared Tuna and the quince preserve offset the heat in their seasoning well. Quaint French countryside decor. They even made the capitalizing wall of Rise No1 kitchen towels not seem shameful!

Both the menu and decor are unique! I am not aware of any other restaurant that specializes in souffles nor have I been to anything with similar French decor. Definitely a fun place to visit for lunch, dinner or a fun dessert.

Honestly, I didn't know anything about souffles before walking in here. Gina walked through the special souffles of the day with me brought me an apricot iced tea, and started me with the tomato bisque / "marshmallow soup". The marshmallows are actually tiny goat cheese souffles. I ended up ordering the special souffle, with cauliflower and Brie. It was fantastic.... More

Just visited town for the holidays and a childhood friend asked my son and I to meet here for souffles! Amazing! Started with tomato soup with scrumptious cheese balls, then I had the Crab Souffle special and tasted my friend's Brie and cauliflower. Both delicious! Then my son ordered the dark chocolate mint souffle and WOW it was so good!... More

Beautiful decor. This is a perfect place for a girls lunch out. Unfortunately, I am not but I was with three women. They all loved it. Great bread, good salad, and yes soufflé. While I am not a great fan of the main staple here they did have a varied and interesting selection. Marshmallow Soup look great, especially for the... More
