I read the reviews about this place and tried it for dinner. I opted for the brisket tacos as did many others writing reviews. This place clearly is a social place (lots of dates by younger people) and inexpensive pricing. The place is indeed homey and rustic. Don't expect to spend a lot of time for dinner; from the time... Delicious brisket tacos with a gravy to die for. My first time here and the flour tortilla's were also outstanding because they lightly grill them before adding the brisket. Yum Yum!!!

We found Mia's Tex Mex via TripAdvisor and decided to give it a try. It was one of the best meals I have had anywhere. I had the Brisket Tacos that they highlighted in the menu and around the restaurant. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. They are the best tacos I have ever eaten and I have... More

We went there with friends. Old place but very homey atmosphere. Valet parking required because they have to squeeze so many cars in a small lot. The food was excellent and the service very good. I made a shrimp and beef combo fajitas. The shrimp were gigantic and the beef well marinated. I will definitely return there on my next... More

Great food. Cozy atmosphere, but by that I mean it's tight and crowded. Very limited parking forcing you to valet. I don't like valet parking. Just my thing. Let some guy you don't know drive off with my car. Good friendly quick service.

Ate there several months ago and thought "what has happened to our favorite Tex/Mex?", gave it another shot tonight on Tuesday "Chili Relleno night". Restaurant was mobbed. Our supposed 15 minute wait was 30 minutes in a crammed small space. Got seated at 8:00 and they are already sold out of chili rellenos. The waiter goofed up my husband's margarita... More

The food was good, the prices were good, the service was lacking, and no free refills on soft drinks. I would go back knowing the food is good and hoping for better service.

We love Mia's and eat here every time we are in Dallas which is about 8 times per year. Always crowded but very friendly food is always good. Their Brisket Tacos are our favorite and we get them every time. Queso could be a little more authentic. Margaritas are good and the beer is cold. Valet parking is helpful as... More
