Yummy Food as Usual!

We visit Collin Street every time we are in Corsicana. I love their chicken salad and zucchini muffins. The checkout lines are somewhat disorganized but the cooking area is prompt. We love this place and are willing to spend the extra $$ to enjoy a few times a year!

This family owned and operated business is a slice of Americana! The owner and Staff bend over backwards to ensure their customers are happy. Collin Street represents the wholesome values and traditions that I love. When I think of Christmas, I think of the Collin Street Duluxe Fruitcake and those gorgeous tins they come in. I still have my mother's... More

I live in town and go to Collins Street often to get cakes for all occasions .. They are the same price as a grocery store and taste like homemade ... Store is always spotless and extremely sweet associates

They had a huge selection of cookies, pies and pastries. Service was good with a lot of help behind the cookie counter.

Two locations in Corsicana, but the one by I-45 is undergoing major renonvations due to ground shifting in Corsicana. They are still open, but I would not recommend going there to eat. The food, cakes, cookies, fruit cakes, etc can still be purchased and is baked daily. Hopefully, this will not take too many more months to complete.
