I love the bakery/coffee shop...favorite cookies are the fudge tarts and the pink maraschino cherry cookies. Their soups are delicious and their sandwiches can be made to order for those who are picky like me, which is always a plus.

My family and I recently had breakfast at the original location in downtown Corsicana. Wonderful scones, pastries, and donuts. We will be back.

This bakery also has a sandwich shop which produces better than average sandwiches using their inhouse breads. The only down side is that you have to go pay for them in the same line as everyone buying bread, fruitcake etc. Putting a register in the sandwich shop might be a good idea, but otherwise, beats all the local chain lunch... New location was very inviting! Very busy, but was waited on quickly in sandwich line as well as coffee shop bakery! Everyone was very helpful and the food was so fresh and good! Wonderful choices of breads and sides to go with your sandwich. Coffee and tea were rich and fresh. Bakery was a delight but to many choices, will... More

I enjoyed lunch so used the online ordering for a sick sister. On line says delivery in 5-7 days, I ordered Tuesday and it won't even ship until next Tuesday. When I called to complain they were rude. Not a good experience

I will definitely go back because of the food! My croissant sandwich was good. Don't get the lemonade, it's fake. The outstanding foods are the breads and desserts! The woman at the bakery was extra kind and wonderful, but the staff at the sandwich counter were less than terrific. The atmosphere is clean and charming. The greatest improvement besides some... I live about 20 minutes from the Collin Street Bakery. We truly try to limit our trips there because there are just too many tempting things. When we do go, we get the homemade breads (love the Cinnamon Bread), the Peanut Butter Cookies, the Russian Rocks and the amazing Apricot Cake. We love the Piccolo Pickles (made by a sister... More

We love to grab chicken salad sandwiches, chips, and some cookies from Collin Street Bakery for a delicious working lunch. Can't beat the apricot pecan fruitcake ----OH MY ---- and I'm not known as a fruitcake fan. For an elegant party, such as a retirement reception, call ahead to order a beautiful Italian Cream Cake with crushed pecans pressed into... More
