Cookies galour

They had a huge selection of cookies, pies and pastries. Service was good with a lot of help behind the cookie counter.

I live in town and go to Collins Street often to get cakes for all occasions .. They are the same price as a grocery store and taste like homemade ... Store is always spotless and extremely sweet associates

Two locations in Corsicana, but the one by I-45 is undergoing major renonvations due to ground shifting in Corsicana. They are still open, but I would not recommend going there to eat. The food, cakes, cookies, fruit cakes, etc can still be purchased and is baked daily. Hopefully, this will not take too many more months to complete.

I have been to two different location over a handful of times, and this place is just lovely. They have a "free sample" policy, which has resulted in our groups of 4-5 people getting free cookies half the time we go! They bakery items are yummy, and of course they are known for their fruit cakes. I'm not a fan... More

Famous for their fruit cakes but so much more to offer. Easy on and off from I-45. Plumbing construction had the parking lot all tore up the day I stopped. My Mom always ordered their fruit cakes, so part of the reason I stop is in her memory. They have several location now, Tyler, Waco and the original in downtown... More

Sandwiches are nice if you get them made fresh. The restrooms are always spotless and nice stop on a road trip. They have no ice for drinks, selling only cold bottles or cans.

I often travel between Dallas and Houston, always stop in here for a little snack or lunch. The staff is very very friendly, today when I stopped unbeknownst to me they added extra cookies that I was taking back to my family. They are a great group of people, the restaurant is always clean, the chicken salad sandwiches are awesome.... More

Sells world famous fruit-cake, but not the dense kind. This is like bread with fruit. Other amazing pastries. Want a taste of something, just ask...then have something else, etc. Had gotten a coupon book at a Texas welcome center. Got a Pecan Bread for $1 ! and a dozen cookies (usually 60 cents each) for $2. They have so many... More

Traveling from Galveston to Dallas we stopped at Collin Street Bakery just off Interstate 45 in Corsicana. There was a good lunch crowd but the service was fast. We had club sandwiches, chips and soft drinks. The environment was very relaxes the facility is bright and fresh. Staff was especially friendly. Best of all the food was great.
