Best Barbeque In Town!

The brisket is the best I've had that wasn't made at home by one of my family members. The barbeque sauce is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. It isn't cheap if bought by the pound, but, a chopped beef brisket sandwich is reasonable. I loved the country decor and ambiance. I would suggest... read more

Let me start by saying that we first tried to go for lunch but the line was out the door. Went back for dinner and the line was still out the door. Hard Eight is very popular and deservedly so. It is the whole BBQ experience with multiple smokers all going and lots of choices. It's cafeteria style serving where... More

I tried a sampler plate. They serve you up right out of the pit, and onto butcher paper. I had nearly everything. If I did it again I would have skipped a few things and just gotten the spicy jap sausage, turkey, and sirloin. The bacon wrapped shrimp was amazing, but rather expensive as you pay per shrimp. Ribs were... More

I had brisket, sausage, and ribs. They were all fantastic, especially the sausage. The cider BBQ sauce is also really tasty with a good acidic bite. One thing I will say, is that you'll be waiting in line in their smoke pit area, so don't wear clothes you don't want smelling of delicious mesquite smoke. Everything is sold by the... More

Certain topics invoke passion, saying a place has great or the best BBQ is one of them. Hard Eight knows how to make great BBQ, my favorite us the beef brisket, chopped.....very flavorful and juicy. I've had every cut of meat, plus the bacon wrapped shrimp, the only problem you will have is to not order to much food. The... More

Yes thats right, I love this place and its amazing texas bbq! Its expensive since your eyes are bigger then your stomach every time you go. However for lunch or for dinner this is the best bbq in DFW. You can go with a huge group or with family or friends. They have live music some nights and then they... More

If you like really tasty meats, it's the place to go. You first walk trough the pit BBq outside and choose your meat. The choices are limitless... Chicken ribs, sirloin........ Than you walk in to put your tray on a scale for pricing, and then you choose your sides. The deco is a beautiful ranch-style ambiance. If you stay long... More

This place knows BBQ. Stopped here on my away to Downtown Dallas from Grapevine Mills. I immediately stopped following my GPS Directions once I saw the great stack of smoke. All meat is sold by the pound or part there of. I decided to same all my favorites. The ribs were good. I am probably not giving them enough credit... More
