The best Italian I've had in 3 years

Besides being beautiful inside this restaurant has very good food! My husband an I took our 12 and 7 year olds and they liked it too. Our plates were clean at the end which brings me to another thing: portions. They are the perfect size! not too much like other places, and not too small that you... read more

I have been to Luigi's three times now and there has been live music each time. The food and service are great as well. It's a welcome change to the typical College Station restaurant.

Great service and food, with live music every night. Saturday nights are best for live music, with a full jazz combo. The food is gourmet, not "Olive Garden" style Italian. I recommend the chicken parmesan "Luigis Style", the lamb chops, and the tricolor pasta w/ bolognese sauce (add blackened chicken). The lasagna and spaghetti are OK but not their best... More

We are finding ourselves there nearly once a week! Not sure if it's the delicious food or the triple chocolate martini that's only $5 during happy hour. The perfect spot for an anniversary dinner and come in after happy hour for the music. A romantic dining spot in College Station!

On our way from Houston to Austin we jumped off the freeway and found this adorable spot. Perfect decor for hot, steamy Texas summers; it's like being outside under a lighted umbrella without being hot or swatting bugs! Matt, the bartender, took great care of us. The pasta and pizza was perfect!

Our waiter impressed us with his being with a popular restaurant in Houston for years, failed to tell us about the daily special, then added a gratuity to our bill without our knowledge or telling us before hand. It appears he was trying to get tipped twice. The food was average and overpriced. Olive Garden is much better for flavor,... More

This is the only authentic Italian food in the B/CS area. The decor is quiet and inviting and the service is attentive; but not cloying. The olive/garlic spread on the thin sliced, toasted bread is just a tease as to what's coming.

I ate here a few times since the restaurant was in the strip mall in front of the hotel I stayed and was 5 mins walk away. Every time I visited I was with a couple of people. The table selection was always quiet enough for good conversation over wine and appetizers. The inside decor was also nice and made... More

We enjoyed a lunch on a weekday to celebrate our daughter's graduation before heading out of town. The service from Jason was perfect - not intrusive or chatty, but every need met quietly and instantly. The cuisine was just as top shelf as the service. The olive/garlic spread on the appetizer was memorable and will bring us back by itself.... More

Nice find when in College Station recently for a sporting event. The restaurant is surprisingly lovely inside. Live music on a Saturday night but too loud to enable conversation. Food delicious and even the salads were inventive. A bit expensive for a college town though.
