Delicious Meal!

Only two in our dining review, but we were impressed. Went in on a fluke and we were really glad we did! I had a Monte Cristo sandwich that was the best I have ever eaten. Fries were very good and are made on site. Other person had the burger with chips and was truly impressed as well. Can... read more

One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Nobody would get us a highchair, when I finally got up and got my own, we were told we had to move because we were seated in a section that didn't allow highchairs. Then the manger was very brash, the waitstaff was rude, and they got our drink order... More

I have dined at this restaurant numerous times. The wait staff gets slower and slower and is much more interested in being on their cell phones or socializing with each other. The last trip we sat almost ten minutes before our beverage order was taken. They were not busy but had a very loud party going on in their party... More

Food was good and waitstaff was friendly. Prices reasonable. Still has a smoking area. Also has a separate bar area.

Really enjoyed the Monte Cristo sandwich and jalapeño chips. The bar area is separate from the rest of the restaurant and is a smoking zone. Would visit again but would likely sit on the Non-smoking side of the restaurant. Fries were a little cold but the MC was spot on.

We took visiting friends to dinner here after three of the four of us completed the big Spartan beast race in Glen Rose. Friends both had the mushroom burgers, which were thick and meaty; they came with a star branded on top of each bun! I had the grilled chicken and veggies, which is pretty basic no matter where you... More

First off reading some of the negative reviews, I have been during both extremely busy; and although like all customer service establishments that get slower during rising demands, I have never had anything other than good food and good service. I would highly recommend the Monte Cristo - it's the best I've ever had, along with the homemade chips. Very... More

over heard the wait staff when another table applauded when their food arrived that "sorry we have New Management and some new cooks". We ordered cheese fries for our grandson and Cobb salads for us. The bacon bits on both must have been cooked in the parking lot - they were as had as the asphalt. I believe they need... More

My husband has grilled chicken fajitas, which he said were very good. I had prime rib, which was over cooked, a bit tough and cold. My baked potato was also overcooked. Our waitress was great and so was the manager. Pretty restaurant.
