First time at this restaurant while passing through the town. The menu is very diverse, from hamburgers to barbecue to steaks. I tried the chicken fried, which was very good. It came with two sides. Good home cut fries, but the small salad bar wasn't that great. Attentive service and reasonable prices. Definitely worth a try.

The food was off taste and greasy. You could not pay me to eat there. I have friends who feel the same way

Look out for this place or you will breeze right past it. I was hungry at just the right moment. After entering the establishment, I noticed the atmosphere is quite unassuming...typically a good sign of hidden gems in regard to food. In short, the food was great (prime rib sandwich), the wait was only ten minutes, the price was fair,... More

This place looks like any other rinky dink roadside diner and it IS sticky, as others have noted but the food is amazing. I book a lot of miles all over the country and this is my favorite stop, hands down. The barbecue is rich, dark, meaty (not fatty), and succulent. They wanted to have a booth at the Texas... More

A great stop when travelling through this part of Texas. This is strictly for the hardcore BBQ enthusiast. If you blink you'll miss Chillicothe all together. An owner owned and operated restaurant serving homestyle portions of some great traditional BBQ and if you do get a chance to stop be sure and have the homemade ice cream and raspberry cobbler.... Our family ordered brisket, catfish and chicken tenders- all were wonderful! Tastes like a relative cooked for you! Wait staff friendly and very attentive. Small, dark and somewhat sticky, but the foodand service made up for those imperfections.

I had the chopped beef and it was very good. They have some kind of appetizer that was like brisket taquitos but we weren't crazy about those. We'll stop there again.

My wife and I saw one sign for this restaurant about 15 miles west of Chillicothe and we thought BBW sounded good. I drove right past it, but my wife saw the sign as we rolled by. Chillicothe is not very big, so if you miss it, turn around and look again. The dining area is small and there's nothing... More

Skip Amarillo, eat here. Love's BBQ is right on 287. When we ate lunch there, it was full of locals which is always a good sign. The brisket sandwiches, hand-cut fries, were a great value and excellent meat...and I am super picky about my BBQ. The bowl of beans with pork and cornbread was REALLY good; the perfect size for lunch.... More
