I am a long time customer to this family owned restaurant. They really know Italian food with great service and very reasonable prices. Located in a historical building in downtown square. Counter service with self serve drinks and utensils. BYOB is permitted and they will provide wine glasses. Pizza, sandwiches, salads, and Italian dishes are are great. Large house salads... More

We've been eating at Sam's for years, and they never fail to amaze me with the way they remember and know who ordered what as they serve the food ordered at the counter. My hubby loves their pizza, and i'm crazy about their baked ziti. It's the best. Order it with meat sauce and extra cheese. It's like heaven in... More

I love going to this place. Its hidden within old cedar hill but its always busy when we go, and for good reason, their food is amazing. Its not big or fancy but it has a nice family restaurant feel to it. Their actual Italians from new york and their very nice. Pizza is new-york style and good. Their lasagna... More

The XL 1 topping pizza for $11.99 is very good. The desserts are also huge & delicious. We are trying to go at least once a week because everything is soooo delicious.. The people are very nice as well & the restaurant is nothing fancy but good enough to dine in. This is a definite must try & don't forget... More

Very simple italian restaurant like most found in the DFW area for this category. However, food here is one step above average, at same price range comparing to others. Service could improve a little if smiles were seeing in some faces. Well that's an italian restaurant, forgot about that.

Really good New York style pizza with fine crust and tasty toppings. The pasta dishes are love or hate, depending on what you grew up on. I find their sauces to be under seasoned , but I prefer really powerfully seasoned red gravy style Italian food in this type place.

We love this place! When you walk in and see all these beefy Italian guys behind the counter, it is as if entering a pizza place in Brooklyn or Chicago...not little ol' Cedar Hill. How can this be? The food is the real deal, though...tasty, large portions, and very Italian. Chicken pasta salad is a favorite cool summer treat, and... More

Phenomenal service, great food and exceptionally good prices too! We moved 30+ miles away and we still go back, monthly, to the nicest family owned restaurant we've been in over the past 14 yrs in the D/FW area. All the pasta dishes are wonderful, so don't be afraid to have everyone order something different and share!
