Chef Bartolino Cocuzza infuses conventional Italian cuisine with a French sensibility to create a truly unique dining experience. In addition to the traditional Italian dishes, Chef Bartolino offers innovative and ambitious daily specials such as Grilled Elk or Roast Duck. I went there 12/2/14 for a business dinner. Our company booked the entire restaurant. The service was very good. The food was excellent! I had the spicy seafood plate for the 3rd course and it was delicious. The plates of cheese bread were good, but the plates of Texas goat cheese/sliced tomatoes added to the cheese bread were even better.... More

My husband and I are looking for new restaurants in our area. We like the location and were so pleased with our dinner and service. A high recommendation is the scallops.

We ended up here kind of by accident (many places were closed as they were setting up for a festival in Carrollton the next day), but we were glad we did. We had the seafood manicotti in a crab Alfredo sauce and carbonara pizza. The flavors were fresh and tasty. The pizza had a strong parsley flavor which was delicious.

The meatball sliders were tasty as was the sausage sliders. Dinner salad was ok, but average. Even the glass of Chianti was non-exceptional. Service was pleasant, food deliver slow. Yes we enjoyed our lunch, but it all was average.

Went here to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Totally surprised by the quality of the meal. Standard Italian food this is not! The chef uses fresh ingredients to make beautiful food. Fresh figs from his garden went into a sauce. Freshest fish went into seafood pasta. Excellent wine list and attentive staff created a memorable experience.

We went to this lovely restaurant on the square in Carrollton on a Thursday night. It was tiny inside. Only two additional tables were seated during our time there. So you could say everyone eating there sort of had the place to themselves. Service was excellent because we were the only ones there, of course. The young man I assumed... More

An incredible dining experience. Food was 5 star, service exceptional, the total experience enjoyable. I cannot wait to have family join me there and to take clients. .

I've been a resident of Carrollton the early 1980's and I can tell you that this is categorically THE ONLY fine dining restaurant in our city. I love especially enjoy the tilapia and my husband always gets a chicken parmesan dish. But, it is not only the food, but the atmosphere that makes this restaurant special. The owner-Chef Bartolino Cocuzza... More

A business associate of mine and I came here for lunch. First time for both of us. The staff was very attentive and we were seated right away. As our lunch wore on, more folks came, but it was never noisy, which is a HUGE plus for a business lunch. The place has a small Italian cafe feel to it.... More
