I've been a resident of Carrollton the early 1980's and I can tell you that this is categorically THE ONLY fine dining restaurant in our city. I love especially enjoy the tilapia and my husband always gets a chicken parmesan dish. But, it is not only the food, but the atmosphere that makes this restaurant special. The owner-Chef Bartolino Cocuzza... More

A business associate of mine and I came here for lunch. First time for both of us. The staff was very attentive and we were seated right away. As our lunch wore on, more folks came, but it was never noisy, which is a HUGE plus for a business lunch. The place has a small Italian cafe feel to it.... More

Just returned from a fabulous dining experience. The chef offered us single ravioli with spinach and chicken. It was great. Everything was super, the service was the best we have had any where. But the pistachio pizza was the hit of the night. I titled this as a gem for we walked up and the chef greeted us at the... More

This isn't your typical Italian place, so don't go in with any expectations. The menu is very nice, a good selections of options, some of which you wouldn't see on a typical Italian menu. That being said, I've eaten here a few times and its always been tasty. The service is great and it is obvious the owner and chef... More

the food is always outstanding. They have a lot of specials such as steaks, Fish, veal. I have my best dishes there as the Chef will come by and see you and prepare as you like. Great desserts, best Italian but also he best fish. Will go back

I've been eaten in a lot of good French restaurants, but never ever did I have these kind of excellent escargots. Of rather rest also only positive news: the staff is friendly, knowing exactly when to show up but let you eat and enjoy in peace. There was a good guitar player taking care of good live music and all... More

I have been going to Amici's once or twice a year for the last ~20 years. It is reliably an Excellent restaurant. This last time I went there were three of us with dishes ranging from Seafood for me to veal to Kangaroo. All of it was very good, with the Kangaroo excellent (an interesting food experience). My dish (shown... More

I'm always on the hunt for good Italian joints and Amici has quickly come to the top of my business lunch rotation. I have been here several times and have not been disappointed yet. The service is spot on and very friendly. The menu is well thought out and not over-cluttered with choices. All of the dishes I have had... More

I had the pleasure of my first Amici Signature Italian meal this past Tuesday evening. What a fantastic little space...lots of ambience and definitely enjoyed hanging with Chef Bartolino Cocuzza and chatting with Bartender Mischa. Both were very personable and accommodating...made me feel like I was dining in my own house. As for the food...cibo magnifico! I had the best... More

Stopped today for lunch with my bride after a few medical appointments. I wish we had eaten here 10 years ago when we moved to Carrollton. The lunch was spectacular (meatloaf) and the service was awesome. It is nice to eat in a place where the servers are all happy and help each other out. This is one of two... More
