Was surprised when walked in was cafeteria style. Ate on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils which is ok for picnic, but for $25 tab for two ( and that was drinking water!) I expected more. Sides were good & homemade but lukewarm, sausage was good, sliced brisket was dry & ribs weren't very meaty. Was very disappointing for Texas BBQ.... More

Maybe not the best BBQ, but defiantly good eating. I’ve eaten here several times and the brisket can taste a bit too smoky from time to time, not bad but occasionally you’ll get some beef with a little too much smoke. On the other hand, my wife thinks the turkey BBQ is absolutely some of the best she's ever had.... More

Food had really good flavor however my food was lukewarm and my husband's turkey and scalloped potatoes were cold. My favorite was the seasoning on their baked potato, finger licking good. Didn't have a fried pie.

I like the barbecue but it tends to be fattier than I like. Others may prefer this. Fried pies are very good but a little pricey.

I gave this place a 5 because its easy to get to and reasonably priced. I find it difficult to get off the Interstate just to hunt down some famous BBQ joint. With 2 meats, 2 sides and Texas toast for $11.95 it fills my desire for BBQ while traversing Texas. I had the ribs and sliced brisket and both... More

I've eaten at a good selection of BBQ restaurants to name the big ones like, Dickey's Red-Hot-and Blue, Spring Creek, Railhead, etc. I need to add this one to the list. The link plate for lunch with two sides was flavor-packed, good portion and resonably priced. Had I not been in a little small town, such as Canton,TX; I would... More

Delicious and reasonably priced fresh as well as frozen fried pies. They also warm up well the day after. Yum!

Although the BBQ at Baker's Ribs wasn't special, it was very tasty. Generous servings of well smoked brisket and ribs came at a reasonable price. The real surprise here were the FRIED PIES... they are delicious. A word of warning - eat the pies soon... they don't travel well.

Very good. Had lunch and got a dozen fried pies to take home. Fruit filled, crème filled, nuts, etc. The bbq was very good and tasty. Stopped here on our way out and glad we did. Side dishes were very good also. Don't have to be wondering about Baker's Ribs, our visit was Yummy!

We enjoyed a nice meal here. Reasonably priced and clean with good flavor. We didn't have dessert but it sounded delicious.
