Over the past several months we have witnessed a decline in the quality of food and service at Casa Rodriguez. Once a good restaurant, now the food is fairly bland and the service is inattentive, at best. We have been loyal customers to "Casa Rod"; unfortunately, that loyalty has not been reciprocated.

My wife is an Aggie and came here often during her tenure at A&M. She introduced it to me and we have gone 3 times. Her favorite plate is the El Mobley (sp?) and she gets that every time. We try to replicate it back in San Antonio at places and it's just never as good. The margaritas are really... More

They have stopped caring about the quality of their food. Even the chips are bad. It starting going downhill when they stopped serving Big Red. Service has gotten worse.

Consistently wins best Mexican restaurant awards in "Best of the Brazos" awards. Popular with locals including Hispanics. Full bar, try the Mexican Martini. Full Tex-Mex menu including fajitas. Food is good, but not outstanding to my taste. Service is generally good.

We frequently enjoy Saturday breakfast after a visit to the Farmer's Market. The portions are extremely generous and freshly prepared. Our granddaughter loves the Mickey Mouse pancake! It's a great place for family to gather for a wonderful meal.

So far I have found nothing on the menu that isn't good and if your want a good breakfast place this is it. People start lining up outside on Saturday morning 15 to 20 minutes before they open. But beware of Saturday nights, place gets crowded and service gets sloppy if you are not a regular. Other than that this... More

It's where the locals eat. Be sure to ask for the "green" sauce. It's spicy. No really, it's spicy! But you can't stop eating it! Good daily specials. Your friends are eating here right now.

A popular place where local people dine. It's especially busy when there's an A & M home game. The food is good. The salsa is excellent - fresh. Good size portions. I often dine here when in Bryan.
