Good food, nice location

This restaurant is a staple for us, whenever we visit downtown Bryan we eat here. On the weekends they often have a Mariachi band strolling through the place, and the staff is always friendly. The food here is typical Tex-Mex, but well done; the prices are fair also.

Service is good, breakfast tacos are extraordinaire! A little hard to find (downtown) and because of quality (family owned and authentic Mexican food) there is sometime quite a wait, but worth every minute of it!

Situated in downtown Bryan, this mexican restaurant serves plenty of well prepared dishes. A large choice, some of it revisited but typical and tasteful. We had all chosen something different but it looked good from all sides. Service a little slow and cold.Tables and dining room not very cosy but the food makes up for it.

Very nice family owned restaurant. the stuffed avocados and the Mexican martinis were very good. The staff was very attentive even though they were very busy during the lunch rush.

Having visited this area frequently over the past few years, we always visit Casa Rodriguez for a great meal and wonderful service.

Over the past several months we have witnessed a decline in the quality of food and service at Casa Rodriguez. Once a good restaurant, now the food is fairly bland and the service is inattentive, at best. We have been loyal customers to "Casa Rod"; unfortunately, that loyalty has not been reciprocated.

My wife is an Aggie and came here often during her tenure at A&M. She introduced it to me and we have gone 3 times. Her favorite plate is the El Mobley (sp?) and she gets that every time. We try to replicate it back in San Antonio at places and it's just never as good. The margaritas are really... More

They have stopped caring about the quality of their food. Even the chips are bad. It starting going downhill when they stopped serving Big Red. Service has gotten worse.

Consistently wins best Mexican restaurant awards in "Best of the Brazos" awards. Popular with locals including Hispanics. Full bar, try the Mexican Martini. Full Tex-Mex menu including fajitas. Food is good, but not outstanding to my taste. Service is generally good.
