Business Lunch Bryan TX a little flavor of Texas.

Very unique place western setting Barn look. Good Burgers, Chicken. Fast food type service. Order from front and call your name to pick up food. Just a little taste of old time decor of the west. Good for small meeting not private setting for large gathering. Close to Texas A&M College about... read more

Was there with some locals for a causal business lunch. Really like the rustic deco, very comfortable place. Food was great. Had the chicken fried chicken plate. Plenty of good food. Service was good, friendly folks.

Had lunch here just before Thanksgiving -- the Chicken Oil Co. is located about a mile from Texas A&M campus, so is normally full of students. It was calm and peaceful for our visit -- nice surprise. We ordered standard fare: burgers, fries, chicken, and jalapeno and onion straws. They offer a variety of dips and sandwiches. All we tried... More

Really I don't understand what the hype is about. I had fried chicken fried. Really bland in the end. Nothing exciting. Like fast food without the chain name and a more interesting atmosphere to sit. A family with small kids may enjoy the place. Nice choice of craft bottle soda.

We really wanted a beer and a burger. The hotel suggested this place and it was great for the price and the area. We did not want a chain and wanted something with local color. This place was great. Not a Excellent rating, because never have found a dive worth a 5 but this was exactly what we wanted. It... More

You won't leave hungry! Texas history adorns the walls. Texas cookin' comes out of the kitchen. Get a death burger and a huge glass of tea. The Texas Toothpicks are awesome.

My favorite spot for lunch when visiting Bryan/College Station! I love the burgers and T-fries! (Those are French Fries with melted cheese and you can add jalapenos.) Get a side of Ranch for dipping and they are oh so yummy! If you're not from Texas, be sure to order a Shiner Bock Beer to wash it all down with! I... More

It might be Chicken Oil, a burger is a must but it has to be a Snuffy Burger with cheese. Great ambience! Extremely friendly staff who greet with a smile. This is my must stop place when I'm in Bryan/College Station.

Burgers seemed like they were frozen patties with out much flavor. Onion rings were ok. Great atmosphere but food was just so-so
