This is our go to place. It's fine dining and reasonably priced. There are lots of options on the menu. I always get the Strawberry & Brie Salad. Of all the entrees we've had, we've never been disappointed. We always get the Tres Leches for dessert. The service is usually slow but the food is worth it.

My wife, mother and I ate dinner at LaRiviera last night and it was quite good, but not enough for me to give it 5 stars. The food was great and the waitress did a very good job. It took us 1 1/2hrs to eat our meal though. The place was about empty when we got there and about ¾... More

More formal dining experence in Bryan with tablecloths, cloth napkins, and waiters in uniform. The service was good, food including appetizers was fair, and we had to wait 20 minutes on our reservation. Customers were dressed in everything from shorts and tee shirts to jackets and dresses. Would not be real excited to make a return visit.

Rather than go to our usual Friday night haunt, we decided to go to La Riviera for dinner. It was a pleasing dining experience. My wife had a Caprese salad followed by the shrimp risotto, and I had a Caesar salad followed by the Lone Star steak. The food was prepared as requested and the service was attentive. I've been to La Riviera twice - once for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend and once for my 22nd birthday with my family and friends. It was a good choice for both occasions - small and larger groups. Both times I have made a reservation and have been seated immediately. It looks like it's not in the best part of... More

La Riviera has always been one of the restaurants on our family's local 'dining circuit'. Ambiance is relaxing; slow service hasn't been a problem.

We were a group of 12 people celebrating a couple's anniversary. We made reservations weeks in advance with a follow-up confirmation a day ahead. We requested the private room and we were assured that it was available. When we arrived, we were told that the room was not available that evening after all. Once seated, it took 25 minutes to... This place was recommended to me by a colleague. When I first spotted it I thought I'd been made the butt of a joke. It's tucked away in a strip mall and you can't really tell whether you're going to open the door and find a doughnut shop or a cafe, but you're fairly certain that whatever lurks within is... More

Im really suprised that this place is in a strip mall. Definitely not what you expect when you walk in. The place doesnt look over pretentious, love the big doors that seperate the space. The menu is amazing and so is the food. I do believe that you need more seasoned servers in a place of this caliber but over... More
