food is high. when you are just getting used to an item. it gets taken away and something else comes on the menu. I don't like that. I go back because I liked that item, so I change to another restaurant.

This hotel is in the same shopping center of the hotel and you literally can walk here. I personally feel you can't go wrong eating at Chili's. I had the mango chile grilled chicken with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli. The food could've been hotter as it was just luke warm but I ordered it to go so I warmed... More

Cannot imagine ever stopping here again. My children and I came through and were quite hungry when we pulled in. We were seated promptly, but that's where the "promptness" ended. We waited and waited for drink orders, our food, and we had to stop someone else to ask for a refill. The only time I saw our wait staff was... More

Attentive waiters & waitresses. Steak was popular. Manager arranged to have another table added to make group of 7 comfortable. Tasty food.

It was a first time for us in this chain as it doesn't exist where we live in Quebec, Canada. We were attracted by the big red pepper (yes, that's true) because my husband loves spicy food and he finds that it's never spicy enough in Canada. We asked the waitress what the spiciest soup was and she told us.... More

Ill be quick. At Chilis about 2:45 on a weekday. Service was slow. When I finally got my food, there were other vegetable debris on my plate of which was not a part of my order. Small portions of way overpriced food. I went to waitress station so I could view their area was also able to see into the... More

Overall once I arrived to Brownwood I decided to hit Chili's, was not disappointed! I had the mag. chicken and it was good and hot. the only suggestion would be to add more limes on the side since the dish called for a lime taste however with the salsa i had order with the chips that spiced up the meal.

The food and service was fine. I forgot though that I was in a town where there's still a smoking section. It wasn't a problem for my allergies though, as we were seated far enough away from the bar area.

We went to Chile's with a group from work. The server was very attentive and polite. The food came out quickly and was tasty and cooked the way we all had asked for. After an unpleasant experience at another restaurant in Brownwood, we experienced no bad surprises and had a great time!
