Buy The Pie

Everyone in town will tell you to buy a slice of pie... We were NOT disappointed!!! Sandwiches were okay. Get there before noon, are you will be in a long wait line...

For some reason all of the restaurants in Brenham were full and had long wait times and or closed early it being Sunday . Must Be Heaven had a short line and the staff member at the register takes your order, your sandwich or salad is prepared quickly and the next thing you know your tray has got your meal... More

A group of longtime friends from several different cities descended on Brenham for lunch, and a member of our group selected Must Be Heaven, located in the historic part of the town. This casual restaurant is a popular place for both tourists and locals. The sandwiches and pies are very good, as are the salads. Unfortunately, the place is loud,... More

Great place to grab a cup of ice cream. LARGE serving for 2.50!!! Enough said! Then, you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze and talk to the townsfolk as they pass by.

Took my mom to lunch and we had the heavenly special. The quiches are always delicious and the bourbon chocolate chip pecan pie to die for. Get there before 12 as a long line forms.

Located on a corner of Alamo St., this restaurant has great food. In particular their soups and quiches are SO good! And of course their sandwiches (on homemade bread!). It's a MUST to eat here at least once in your life!

It's crowded, noisy and the food just aint that special. It's fast food made in advance to feed hundreds in a hurry. Buses were unloading scores of passengers at the front door and the line was winding through the restaurant past our table. Please check the menu online before you go because if not, you're gonna be holding up everybody... More

The place itself offers a lot to choose from but the food ingredients and atmosphere deliver on an average scale.

Although I don't think this restaurant is quite as good as it used to be, it's still one we visit every time we go to Brenham. There's an oldtime soda fountain there!

You enter to the ambience of an old fashioned malt shop but find a large dining area on the other side of the wall. They offer a variety of tasty quiches, soups and sandwiches. I prefer the sandwiches with a delicious side of broccoli salad while many of the ladies opt for soup or quiche with a side of fruit.... More
