I found this restaurant on trip advisor on our way in to town the other day. The beer chili was great along with the homemade chips. My mother ordered a beef and veggie skewer, which was tender and flavorful. The beer I ordered tasted a bit like a Blue Moon and that's a great thing! Nice waitstaff and fast service.... More

This is mine and my husbands favorite place to eat for lunch in Boerne. My family is from Boerne and I have watched a lot of places come and go over my life time. We love this place! We always sit on the patio so we can watch the ducks on the creek. The food is good and the service... More

Local eatery with good food and a nice view of the lake across the street if you choose a table on the front porch. Try the fried green tomatoes with the accompanying homemade sauce! Good service, but can be slow if it's busy. Dog-friendly and nice place to stop if you're walking around Boerne.

There were 7 of us that went to the Dodging Duck Brewhaus on Saturday night. We didn't have to wait and the service was excellent! We did a beer sampler which was fun for our whole table to interact and comment on the different flavors. The food was delicious, I got the fish and chips and my husband had the... More

Cool little place that is a micro-brew. Did not eat but the food looked good. Had a pecan nut brown ale. Quite tasty! If in Bourne, a must try!

A unique variety of great food at a fun, local establishment. The outdoor patio overlooking the river is a great place to enjoy your meal. Try the "Heart of Boerne" salad or the chicken tortilla soup!

Stopped by here yesterday for a Great Lunch. Outside seating with view of Creek. Good Micro brews and different selections and great desserts. Plenty of parking on street and BIG lot behind. Will stop again.

Nestled in the more-or-less country atmosphere of Boerne (30 minutes NW of San Antonio) the Dodging Duck lies across the road from Cibolo Creek (hence the reference to the resident ducks crossing the road!). Along with several house-made brews the restaurant serves a nice variety...from local sausage, venison burgers, Thai wraps and even a Chicago-style hot dog! Worth a visit... More

This restaurant and micro brewery is the best place to meet friends and relax! They have a great selection of beer and wine. They also have great food! Try the pretzel, sausage and cheese plate with an ice cold beer. You will not be disappointed!
