The Dodging Duck Brewhaus is located in Boerne, Texas, in the Texas Hill Country. We have an eclectic menu of international and local favorites, from Thai Lettuce Wraps to Chimichurri Grilled Beef Tenderloin to Bratwurst & Sauerkraut. Best of all, we brew great beer! We've already won three gold and three silver medals at the World Beer Championships! Enjoy the ambience as well! Sit on our covered deck and watch the ducks play on the century-and-a-half old mill pond of Cibolo Creek, have an intimate dining experience in one of our lakehouse-style dining rooms, or sit at the wraparound bar and talk beer with the brewmaster (or talk Boerne with the locals)!

We arrived in Boerne and wanted a place to eat a nice evening meal. We had passed the Dodging Duck on the way into town and decided to head back in that direction for dinner. We arrive around 7:00 pm and had about a 15 minute wait for a table. Once seated our drink order was taken almost immediately. The... More

Stopped in to try it out after it was mentioned to us by a staff member of a local resort we were staying at. The menu was different than what my wife and I are use to. Doesn't mean it's not great for some. I really was more interested in trying the local beer. I've been to many pubs in... More

My hubby had a hankering for some local brew, and we've always like The Dodging Duck! We came by at 4:00pm and sat in the bar area. My hubby tried the Pecan Beer and it was amazing! I'm not much of a beer drinker myself, but it had a lot of flavor! I would definitely order it! I had a... More

Recommended by a local, this place features the best of microbrewery beers--try the pumpkin bread porter in the Fall. Menu is good, the chorizo nachos are excellent.

We stopped in one evening after a day of shopping. We order a sausage plate with Hatch green chili sausage and the bratwurst. I'm not really a big sausage fan, but my husband is. He loved them both. I really enjoyed the Hatch green chili sausage. We tried a couple of the beers. They were just ok. Overall, we enjoyed... More

My husband and I ate at the DDB yesterday and the pretzel and sausage appetizer was one of our favorite things we ate while in boerne. A shop owner in Boerne also told us their fried green tomatoes are delicious but neither of us like tomatoes ;) Our entrees were very good, as well. We would eat here again.

So glad we found this place for lunch. It has really great food and our server was great. The sausage is top notch and so it the pretzel crusted brownie dessert.

We went on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. We arrived early enough to be seated right away on a Saturday night but it was still very packed! We had the artichoke dip as an appetizer and although it was delivered after our dinner it was still delicious. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, I had the chicken skewers... More
