This food is unique, delicious, freshly prepared, the staff is friendly and they have Gluten free which made me very happy. I noticed they had Axis deer on their menu, I will have to try that sometime. They have Hibiscus tea, chicken, egg and tuna salad which is very good but I don't think anyone make a Reuben sandwich like... More

Redbud is our local go-to lunch place, 12 miles from our house. The soups are excellent, sandwiches tasty, and staff attentive and professional. There is good menu variety for a restaurant this size. The tilapia poor-boy is one of our favorites. Our lunch, with two cups of soup, a shared sandwich, and two iced teas is about $22.

We hosted lunch at this restaurant for a group of about 30 people for a wedding weekend. This lunch was the kick off for the weekend, and it set a fun atmosphere for the rest of the weekend. The owner Jan met us at the door, and her competent staff catered to our every request. We had reserved our tables... More

Redbud Cafe & bakery sits in a groovy historic building on the square in Blanco, Tx. Menu is mostly soups, salads & sandwiches. I ordered the Blanco burger consisting of Angus beef, bacon & cheese w/ a chipotle mayo which was great. Cole slaw also had the chipotle mayo which gave it a nice kick. They have local bands on... We stopped in on August 20th for lunch and loved everything about Redbud Cafe. Son #2 ordered the half pb&j and fruit, son #1 and I split the cheeseburger and fruit and my husband ordered the meatloaf sandwich and potato salad. The half sandwich was huge and delicious; the fruit was fresh (cantaloupe, strawberries and pineapple); the burger was juicy,... More

We ate at the Redbud Cafe recently. The food was very good and on a previous occasion we had excellent entertainment. Their tap beer is very good, and offer several options, as well as having bottled beer and wine available as well. All in all, our experience has been very good at this cafe.

We chose this place thanks to the reviews we found for restaurants in Blanco Tx. We were not disappointed and can honestly say the good reviews didn't say enough of how great this place is. Their menu is impressive, but my mouth began to water at the very first item and I am so glad I ordered it. It was... More

My sister order the meatloaf sandwich and I got the chicken salad. Meatloaf had an off-taste to it, bland uncooked texture. Chicken salad was dry as was the homemade bread. Go go for the Burgers or salads.

It early on a Sunday afternoon when our family of four decided to drive about 90 miles northeast of Boerne,Texas to visit Pedernales Falls State Park (30 miles southwest of Austin). My wife had done some research and convinced us the best place for lunch would be the Redbud Cafe, Market & Pub in Blanco. Located at 410 1/2 4th... More

The Redbud is always good. Good sandwiches, good service, and if I drank beer, I'm sure it would be good. I can't add much to the other reviewers -- servers are friendly and efficient. This was the first time we'd been on a weekend for the live music and the band (Zydeco Blanco) was excellent and fun. Of course, it... More
