It's a great lunch spot with great homemade sandwiches. The guy at the counter recommended the meatloaf sandwich, which is something I world likely have never ordered, but glad I did. It was HUGE, tender and on great grilled bread. Hubs had the Redbird Club...good smoky bacon, sharp cheddar, ham and turkey and their delicious avocado spread, which had a... More

This is a great place to eat. We have had soup and sandwiches; although the menu is more extensive than that. Super cookies, capuccino. Moving to Blanco so we eat there whenever we can.

Red Bud is like family to me. They make my lunch at least twice a week, but the wonderful menu options are never boring even with my "no red meat" diet. I understand the burgers are outstanding, but for me it is 1) fish tacos, 2) chicken salad 3) Casbah salad 4)mushroom/avacado sandwich, many other options or the daily special.... More

This is mostly a sandwich, salad, pastry type of place. Possibly the only place in downtown Blanco with a choice of healthy eating. They serve tasty coffee, and just about every offering from the Real Ale Brewery. They have a couple of tables outside, which is a nice place to sit and sip a coffee or beer on a nice... More

The Redbud Cafe consistently delivers great food in a casual, relaxed atmosphere! My wife had the Blanco Burger, and I had the Bacon Bleu Cheeseburger. Outstanding!

Traveling through Blanco, we stopped here based on TA reviews. You order at the counter, servers are very pleasant; there is a wide variety of common sandwiches, burgers, soups, but the dishes have unique flavors. They served Axis burger available that day, which I enjoyed. I also liked the cole slaw. There are several local beers on tap. They weren't... More

This was a quick stop for coffee. It smelled so good, we added cookies. It still smelled good and the menu looked great, We were just passing through with dinner waiting elsewhere or we would have stayed. The cookies were grand.

This is a great sandwich shop with fresh ingredients. It's very busy on the weekends and when they have a musical group. We have been several times and have never had a bad meal.

At first glance, I thought this might be some run of the mill health and organic only food place. (If that appeals to you that's fine, they do seem to cater that way too) We stopped in on a whim while staying at the Blanco County Inn this summer. It's now a regular place to eat lunch and have one... More

Got there about 6pm on Saturday then waited more than 30 minutes for two Reuben sandwiches, which we then burned our tongues on because they had been microwaved. The home fries were oil-covered cubes of potatoes also microwaved. My husband took two bites and we left very disappointed. We highly recommend you avoid this restaurant.
