Catfish soggy and undercooked, hush puppies hard and chewy and cold, cheesesticks and fries cold rubbery and tastes frozen!! Slaw dry with no dressing. Best part was the Shiner Bock Disappointed!!!

The best thing about this place is the view, couldn't beat it for watching the sunset. Food was ok, generous portions but nothing spectacular. Not a great place to have a conversation as they blast the music pretty loud. I'm no prude but it would be nice to have a conversation without having to yell over Axl Rose's singing. I... More

We ate here last Sunday for brunch and loved it! It was my birthday and the guy playing sang me a song and I loved it! The food was great. Everyone at my table loved it and we all got such different menu items... All of them great! We live in Waco and the drive was relaxing and easy. We... More

We were visiting Temple area for a weekend and came across this place. It seems pretty unique this area. Good menu choices. You can check out their website. We came for Sunday lunch and ended up using the brunch menu. The brunch cocktail was a nice treat! Enjoyed live guitar music while enjoying the special Egg Benedict (crab cake and... More

The ideal view of Lake Belton is the most notable feature of this versatile restaurant. The menu is adequate and food is good. Service on this particular visit was superior. The young man who waited on us strove to provide a superior dining experience. We love to go here to view the lake and chat. The sports bar area is... More

A nice place to take someone to impress them about Belton and Belton Lake - fantastic views! The food, every time we have eaten here, has been average or below! Too bad!! I think lots of younger people just come here to drink.

Overall excellent service, a good selection and very reasonable prices. The calamari is wonderful but their fried catfish is doughy and chewy, not crispy. Not sure where the chef found that recipe but stay away from it. Very nice ahi and catfish tacos, salads and pasta dishes. Beautiful deck overlooking Lake Belton with very good bar. Special group areas perfect... More

The scenery is breath-taking as you look out over Lake Belton. The entre choices are quite diverse, and the prices are very reasonable. The food is tasty and filling.

Awesome view! One of a kind on Lake Belton. Over the last 4 months there has been a HUGE improvement in everything at DF. My favorite improvement is the lunch & bar menu. Love the cucumber wrap (substitute chicken for shrimp). The staff is wonderful; they seem just like family... in a good way.
