Chips were very fresh. Green and red sauces were amazing. Hubby had Flauta Lunch Special and I had GIANT Burrito. Boy was it ever GIANT! Carne Guisada filling was outstanding. Best Tex-Mex in a long, long time! Florida doesn't have much to offer. We are I town for the monthly Opry and stopped at the Visitors Center. That is where... More

We stopped here on our way through Bastrop the other day. It's your typical Mexican Restaurant, colorful walls and full of gringo's. I knew this place was going to be a winner when we were served a cilantro ranch along with the chips and salsa. Ranch and tortilla chips is an unappreciated combination that more people need to experience. The... More

This is our go to for Mexican food! Never fails to delight. Best Chili Rellenos in Texas!!! Crispy, stuffed full. Love the Jalapeno Ranch dip with chips. The Deluxe Tamatillo Sauce is our favorite -- but it's a little spicy, so be careful. The Fish Tacos are another favorite. Margaritas are EXCELLENT!!! We get on the rocks, so don't know... More

Facility is a bit old and low hanging ceiling with TVs and a large bar. The chips and salsa were good as were the fajitas. Loved the $2 Miller High Life on happy hour.

Had their chicken Stuffed Avacodo and chicken Stuffed Chile Rellano for dinner. Both dishes were excellent, some of the best prepared Mexican food around Texas. The chips and salsa were great. Chips are very light and airy. The jalapeno ranch dip was delicious The beer was cold and margarita's were good. Topped off dinner with fried ice cream and soappedas.... More

I enjoyed the cold beer to start and had chicken enchiladas, pretty authentic tex mex style. I would go again, chips were really great and portions were good size.

"Large" guacamole was two small scoops. Green salsa tasted like ranch dressing with a little tomatillo sauce mixed in. Red salsa was actually good. Beef enchilada with Tex Mex sauce was very plain. The ground beef didn't taste seasoned, and the Tex Mex sauce basically tasted like canned beef chili. The staff was nice though - both the waitress and... More

We stopped in for our last meal before heading back home & were delighted at the experience we had. My husband had one of the daily specials & I don't recall the name, but it was pork stuffed with chorizo that he said was very good. I had a taco salad that was good as well. Their chips & salsas...
