Good beach bar at one of the better beaches

Good bar menu for lunch. Right on the beach. Don't miss the Friday night lobster fest. You will need reservations and make sure you make them at least several days in advance. The lobsters are big and delicious, but the fish is every bit as good. We didn't have the barbecue, but it looked very good.

An enjoyable afternoon at cockleshell. We loved this beach, the bars, the people. Lots of fun in the sun.

We especially want to send our thanks to Shane, our waiter/ expediter (should be a manager) who helped us get everything we needed with great efficiency. Food was great, beach was one of the best, bug repellent is recommended, especially in Jan. / Feb.

i was there as part of a tour with a large group. Unfortunately, because of a problem on that tour we were given less than 2 hours here. We were supposed to get a free drink on arrival and after waiting for someone to show up I decided to go to the bar and order lunch. I ordered and was... More

We went here on a tour. I loved the Rush Slowly logo & couldn't wait to get a t-shirt. They (the t-shirts) were a little pricier ($25USD each) than other tourist locations. We ate conch fritters & hot dogs & fries that were just ok. It was very busy the day we were there, but we were able to get... More

3 of our group took a local taxi from our cruise ship and went to Turtle Beach. The taxi was in good shape, roads very good and driver professional. The "Rush Slowly" was wonderful! Great service on the beach with chairs, umbrellas and excellent BBQ! The water was great and the beach clean. There were NO venders trying to sell... More

Obviously the lobster night and buffets are what you go here for, but after a long day at Cockleshell beach, we ate here for a late lunch. Food was OK. We ordered Pina Coladas and they had very little rum in them, also heard others who ordered the frozen drinks there said theirs had almost no rum in theirs either.... More

My husband and I spent 8 days on the island of Saint Kitts and visited multiple places with Lobster on the menu. We are seafood lovers and our lovely friend, a resident of Saint Kitts, was willing to put up with our endless desire to eat fresh lobster. This festival is great for seafood and barbecue lovers. it begins with... More

The Friday night buffet is the best deal on the island for lobster and ribs and both are delish! Only complaint is my legs were covered with bites (mosquito?) when I got home so I recommend wearing pants tucked into socks to protect yourself. A must do on St. Kitts. I also recommend eating on the beach picnic tables instead... More

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our popular Lobster Fest. Sorry you were affected by mosquitoes. This is not a common occurrence so it may be the time that you came. If you want a quieter experience, dining on the beach is definitely recommended. We hope to see you again in the future. More

Had an amazing dining experience at Reggae beach grill on Turtle beach. Select from lobster, mahi, shrimp, chicken or ribs from the grill and enjoy a Buffett of vegs. Add that your table is on a beautiful beach with a gentle breeze and the experience can't be beat. The staff are friendly and treat you like family. A must do... More
