Great eats, wicked rum punch, perfect beach - what else do you want? Oh, gotta pick up one of the "Rush Slowly" t-shirts while you're there - it kinda sums up the whole St Kitts vibe!

"Rush Slowly" and "Live de Life" - so say the t-shirts, and they are right! Spend the day at Cockleshell Beach looking out across the Narrows to Nevis. Kick back with a cool Carib beer or some sneaky daiquiris, coladas, or margaritas (oh so sweet and refreshing, but ultimately enough to give you a real buzz) at only $6US a... More

We were told by many that this is the best beach on the Island. It was a little drive form the Marriott but worth it. The beach was decent and we ate lunch at the restaurant. The food was pretty good and they make a good rum punch.

This beach was pretty cool. Not the best on the island. The lobster roll sandwich was good, and so were the mango smoothies. You can also rent snorkeling gear and check out the nearby area (we didn't see much - but did find some conchs and a lobster).

We've been here many times. It's a bit of a hike from the Marriott but worth the trip. Nice beach, good snorkeling. The restaurant is picturesque. Order Grilled fish of the day or lobster which are fresh and delicious.

A day here at Reggae Beach Bar in St Kitts from our cruise ship and so glad we did! Took a taxi from the port --$20 for four one way to Cockleshell Beach. The ride to the beach offers some of the most wonderful views of the island--with an unbelievable view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean ocean almost... More

Great way to spend a day at the beach in St Kitts. Water is incredibly clean, all the water sports rentals are available and the food is local and good. Two negatives; 1) if you are coming from the Marriott the taxi rides aren't cheap and 2) you have to pay for chairs, umbrella's and if you are there a... More

Stopped here as one of our cruise ports. Didn't know what we were going to do prior to arriving so we asked some locals and they told us to head to Cockleshell Beach and the Reggae Beach Bar & Grill. We got in the taxi line and were grouped with others heading the same way. It was $7 each for... More

Arrived at Reggae Beach Bar and Grill with our tour guide Barry Wyatt 869-760-0734 for lunch. We wanted to enjoy the beauty of Cockleshell Beach after a short snorkel trip which Barry arranged for us. We were one of the first to arrive for lunch and chose a table in the sand with a great view of the beach. The... More

So we came here twice during our week-long trip. It was that good. Our waitresses were super friendly and the beach was beautiful. This was the first place I have ever been where you are sitting on the beach and people will serve you drinks and food while you are on the beach. The food was excellent. the water was... More
