A very Caribbean style beach restaurant on Cockleshell beach with good seating and shade. Good tasty food [bbq ribs/grilled chicken/ fish etc. and a cold Carib beer] make it a pleasant venue on the beach. Very popular with all visitors.

This is the second time I've been on a cruise with a stop on St Kitts and both times I've come to this beach. This time I planned to be here the bulk of the day and it still wasn't long enough. Next time I am going to have to stay on the island for several days, and when I... More

I was a bit disappointed by this restaurant. After a 30 minute drive avoiding the pot holes on the Peninsula Highway, we were ready for a drink and a relaxing evening. Service was somewhat random, despite the owners dining with friends/family in the restaurant. The sea food choices (shrimp and lobster) were dry/overcooked. There was no coffee. Possibly it was... visited 01/07/15 via cruise, on our own... easy taxi ride.. Driver wanted to drop us off on the beach next to actual bar.... We said no we want to be at actual reggae beach bar beach area... No problem. Our 2nd visit to reggae beach bar, but 2nd time was major dissappointment, bar waitress came right over we ordered a... More

We did an Island tour first before being taken to Cockleshell Beach. There were several bars there and we sat in the shade under the trees playing cards, drinking and relaxing. There was a very cheeky monkey who kept running around and ended up sitting right over our table (a little worrying!). The see was lovely and calm and warm... More

While at the beach, we had rum punch and food at Reggae Beach Bar & Grill. The food was very tasty and the service was very nice. The owner even came down to the beach to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was ok. This doesn't happen that often.

This place was once our gem in the caribbean , ten years later our recent trip this month was just awful. Its got ever bigger, as crowds cram on the beach & pack out the bar and restaurant. Like all things bigger isn't necessarily better. if you are looking for a chill-out bar, then look elsewhere. We waited 75 mins... More

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide with a very honest review of your visit. It is very unfortunate to hear about the events that took place on the day in question. While it does get busy at times, waiting over an hour for a meal is unacceptable. The way in which the matter was handled after was... More

I like the fact that the restaurant is open air and right next to the water. The staff is super friendly and the food is quite unique! This is where you want to arrive when your cruise ship drops you off.

Very nice place for lunch (they close at 5, except Fri night). It's located right on the beach where you can get a chair and spend the day. It is almost impossible to describe just how beautiful this beach is. $24 taxi fare from marriot (ea way), but so worth it. The food was fresh and delicious.

Definitely a place for fun! My husband and I went on a Friday night, which is buffet night. You order your main course (up to 3 things from the 4 choices) and they tell you when to go get your salad and sides. I had ribs and shrimp scampi. The shrimp were excellent, the ribs were not good at all.... More
