We were treated to a fine lunch by Michelle and Daisy while relaxing at cockleshell beach during our recent cruise. The beer was cold, and the nachos and fish tacos were excellent. I'm sure the other items on the menu were just as good.

All the at the southern tip of St. Kitts is where new devolpment is focussed. We drove down for a day trip to Nevis, and decided to take the opportunity to visit their wonderful restaurant. We ate one of our two best meals on this vacation at Spice Mill. The restaurant focuses on freshness and flavors. My wife and I... More

We loved the atmosphere of Spice Mill, being all open and right on the water. We ate there twice because it was very close to our villa and the food was definitely high quality (other than the steak which is understandable on St. Kitts). The only negative is that if you are a wine lover, you will not enjoy the... More

This restaurant is spectacular. Great service, the manager walks around and greets every table. Half the restaurant is open and the ocean is literally 10 feet away.

I think this restaurant should be given a bit more then an average rating but A number of factors to take into consideration. One is pricing, and it is the most expensive restaurant on the beach; the other is the variable pricing which I've noted in other reviews of restaurants on the island. They have a chef who has obviously... More

Dear Mich, Thank you for your review. I am in agreement that our pricing can be confusing. On cockleshell there are several beach shacks which are next door to us and pay no lease, no rent, and do not even have bathroom facilities. Unfortunately we are forced to compete on price for certain items to attract customers like yourself. You... More

My family went here the week of Christmas break and we found the food to be quite good. Great selection of appetizers and mains. Our food was excellent….a mix of local food and options but again, like many of the restaurants on this trip there was great use of Asian spice and local flavors. The wine list was average to... Ate here on Christmas day. Group of 8, considering the fact it was a busy night and they weren't ready for the number of reservations, they did a fantastic job with the food. I had the Jerk Chicken which was very very flavourful without the heat and my wife had the ribeye, boring but cooked perfectly. While you are dining... More

The Spice Mill is a great place to spend a half-day, not just a restaurant. You take a $25 taxi ride (from Frigate Bay) over one of the most spectacular (and fairly bumpy) roads imaginable for about 25 minutes, arriving at a low-key caribbean-side beach with Nevis seeming to hang just offshore. Rent some beach chairs ($5 apiece), under a... More

If you are looking for fast service., this is not for you. This is a place to sit back and enjoy the scenery. A wonderful view of Nevis. The menu is varied but be mindful. What is on the menu may not be available so ask. We had a group of 8 for dinner. First round of drinks were very... More

Went there Christmas day 2014, there were 8 of us, all adults. The restaurant was not overly busy, since they had opened only 1/2 hour prior to our arrival The young lady who greeted us was cheerful and had a good sense of humor. It all went downhill from there. Even though the setting and the view were very picturesque,... More
