Loved everything! Very minimal wait time and wonderful staff. Food was excellent especially the shrimp n grits. Service was very good and staff extremely attentive and courteous. Will definitely be a repeat customer :)

Food took 57 minutes from order to table on a medium busy night. Food arrived cold. Same for the table next to us. After microwaving our meals and only my daughter's french fries but not the hamburger we hand to send the burger back for warming. Then we realized they never brought our side dishes back. After TWO hr visit... More

We ate here on our way to a winery. I had the fish and chips which were the best that I have ever had. They have a dessert counter with some of the best cookies, pies and cakes ever. Walk across the parking lot and the Little Pigeon River runs by with a swinging bridge. Will definitely be back.

Went to Miss Lily's for a quick lunch while waiting to get into our rental cabin and my husband and I were very glad we did! Nice location near the Little River, charming interior, friendly and helpful staff, and good food! Definitely want to come back for dinner.

We stopped for lunch/early dinner after seeing some reviews to try the trout dip. Although the dip was good and plenty of veggies and crackers served with it it didn't compare to the fantastic fish and chips which could feed 2 and the pulled pork sandwich. They smoke their meals onsite and the Memphis style barbecue sauce was very good.... More

Having enjoyed good food and service and an excellent selection of beers previously, we tried the Sunday Brunch and were disappointed. The selection on the buffet was limited, the vegetables were over-cooked and the experience was not worth the price charged.

The cafe was nice country decor, but the service seemed to be a little lacking. I tried to order a simple sandwich (not on the menu) and although all the components were available in other sandwiches on the menu, when I got past turkey on rye, they could not add any veg to it (tomato, lettuce, pickle). I just wanted... More

Dislike paper plates at lunch, poor service, noisy, beef stew terrible. Salads and bar-b-q always good.

On September 18, 2014 my wife and I, on the recommendation of the clerk of our motel, visited Miss Lily's Cafe for supper. Since we like fish, I ordered the salmon and my wife ordered the trout. Big mistake. Both were poorly cooked or should I say greatly over cooked. When the server asked how the food was we said... More
