We ate here for lunch on our last day and OMG! It was fantastic! The soups were to die for and the desserts were amazing! We will be back the next time we visit.

When we vacation in the Smokies, we always stop to eat at Miss Lily's Café. I love the tomato basil blue cheese soup, and the chicken salad croissant sandwich ALWAYS hits the spot! The food is fresh and delicious! Try her desserts and enjoy a nice cup of coffee after a fun day in the mountains! Her homemade cookies are... More

My family and I went to Gatlinburg for a quick trip, and decide to hook up with some family close by. We decided to meet at the Old River ice cream shop, but it ended up being closed. So we scooted down the road and bit and ended up here at Mrs. Lily's. Looking at the menu a ton of... More

After reading the TA reviews, I couldn't wait to try Miss Lily's. Of all the reviews I've written on here, I've only given a rating this low to one other place - and that was a motel. I ordered shrimp and grits. This was on a Monday evening and what I got had to have been leftover from the weekend.... More

The food was very fresh and had great taste. Service was good enough. They were busy and each waitress had many tables to take care of. Do have one picky complaint. The weeds all around the building and parking lot really need pulling up to make the place look more presentable---but once inside the food was great!

We ate here twice during our stay in Townsend, and were delighted each time. My wife especially enjoyed the blue cheese tomato basil soup - spectacular, as was the Italian cream cake. For dinner the next evening I had blackened tilapia with corn-pepper sauce on cheese grits and loved it. They obviously pay close attention to details, and service was... More

The food was very good, but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was full of loud groups that had been tubing all day and were in their wet clothes. The service could also use some improvement. We received our salads before our appetizer, and our entrees just minutes after our appetizer.

My wife and I went here and the menu is pretty much a lie. The waitress claimed it was a new menu but every time we referred to what the menu said she told they couldn't do that it we would be charged extra. Food was OK. My wife and jokingly said we'll order a baked potato, they can't screw... More
