Slightly Disappointed

First I must say my wife has wanted to try this place for five years since we moved to Sevierville. So with that said when we visited the location tonight the individual that hosted us had the following very impersonal dialogue: 2, follow me,enjoy your meal. That's is pretty lame and doesn't live... read more

Cons: The wine glasses were covered in white residue assuming from the dishwasher. We had to ask for clean glasses. Wattress brought clean glasses and poured wine from dirty glasses into clean...hum.. I could not place my arm on the table due to the stickiness. The waitress smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My meat came to the table cold, however... More

We came upon Miss Lily's Cafe after a day of hiking in the Smoky Mountains, and what a nice surprise. It's a quaint, hidden gem just off the road. The staff was very nice and the food was wonderful. I highly recommend stopping here, you won't be disappointed and don't forget to get a huge cookie before you leave ;)... More

Adorable place, great food, and very friendly staff! The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and dinner salad was very tasty and delicious. Highly recommend!

After a long day of travel we were tired and hungry. This place looked decent but it was just average at best. Food was dry, bland and not very tasty at all. Prices seemed high for the quality of food

Three of us went after taking a cavern tour nearby. This was by far the best food we had in a restaurant. Fried green tomatoes on point, Lily Philly was the best Philly I have found, my Dad had the Reuben and baked beans which he loved, and the bbq sauce on the pork was amazing. Must try!

My husband and I dined at Miss Lily's with our daughter and nine year old granddaughter. This is, by far, the best restaurant in Townsend. Our meals were all delicious with good, fresh, home-cooked vegetables to accompany our entrees. The salads were very fresh with homemade dressings, also. The children's burger was a perfectly sized, hand-patted burger, as well. The... More

We were working in the area, and dropped in Lily's Cafe for lunch. I ordered the barbecue sandwich which came with slaw. Priced at $10, I kinda expected a decent portion of barbecue, and slaw. When my lunch came, the barbecue was in small condiment bowl like what salad dressing would be served in. I also received a small condiment... More

I regret you were disappointed. We place our BBQ in small soup bowls that typically hold 5 to 6 oz of BBQ which translates to a quarter pound or more. The slaw is a condiment but you should have also gotten a side like french fries, roasted vegetables from our garden, chips, baked beans or something. If you ordered slaw... More

Was traveling through Townsend and saw this from the road and stopped there. Seems very small from the outside but is quite roomy. Very diverse menu and the food was great.

Asked Jean at the Smoky Mt. Visitor Center where locals eat and she said Miss Lily's Cafe in Townsend. After visiting Cade's Cove we drove over Rich Mt. Rd. and found our way to Townsend. Luckily, someone had told us that Miss Lily's is behind the Subway. Salads were very good, but the bread was only average. (I think homemade... More
