My wife and I tried Miss Lilly's late afte4r a trip through the Cove and it was really good. Even thought the staff was cleaning up around us - it did not detract from some really nice food.

Fantastic! The food and service were superb! Save room for dessert! Shrimp and Grits and Pecan Encrusted Trout were homeruns!

We really enjoyed this place. Our server was very nice (but our son was being a lil fussy) and she was understanding. We took turns walking him around outside. The food was great, my hub had the BBQ sandwich and I had Saulsberry steak, we Loved it. There is also a rope bridge across the green pasture to have a... More

We are frequent visitors to Townsend as we live in Maryville. We finally stopped in at Miss Lillys and we are sure glad we did! This is the best restaurant in town. Great atmosphere, great food, good value, great service! They even have a garden out back to grow and serve fresh veggies! We had smoked wings for appetizer, fried... More

After the pricey restaurants in Pigeon Forge, we were more than happy to stumble into Miss Lily's after lunch time. There were five of us and we all had different items on the menu plus the smoked trout appetizer (HIGHLY recommend!!) and all of us had a terrific, affordable meal. We were delighted by the place and the homemade cakes... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Miss Lillie's. The food was all so fresh, and the service was perfect. We both had salads for a light lunch, and were so pleased that everything seemed like it was just picked fresh. We really did not have a critical thing to say other than we wish we would of grabbed some of... More

We stopped for dinner at Miss Lily's and had a wonderful evening. We were first surprised with a free appetizer of stuffed mushrooms -- truly Southern style as they tasted as if they were stuffed with dressing. The service was friendly and helpful, and the food was plentiful and delicious. I had the pulled pork -- very, very good --... More

We have been going to Townsend TN since I was a kid - I am over 60. We have suffered through times when there was no restaurant open and even worse some times when there were open restaurants that we wished had not been after eating there. When Miss Lilly's was recommended I did not get excited, but after eating... More

I realize the garden wasn't yet yielding anything and the tourist season was barely open, but we had a weird experience at Miss Lily's on a Thursday in mid-March. I have a great deal of respect for a place that even tries to source its menu from their own garden. The very friendly waitress told us that everything was made... More

My husband and I have eaten here for years and we made the mistake of ordering hot tea , for one refill each we bought 4 hot teas, 7.00 dollars worth of drinks. The waitress explained to us that they charge per tea bag we thought an additional .50 cents no . Don't order hot tea and if you are... More
