Pleasant Meal

We went to dinner at Miss Lily's upon the recommendation of the owner of the cabin we were renting in Townsend. All six of us enjoyed our meals, especially the two of us who had shrimp and the one who had the pork chop. The brisket seemed pretty bland for this Texas girl, and the two who ordered... read more

We just stopped here today on the way back to the airport from Gatlinburg. WOW!!! We have been through Townsend at least a dozen times and can't believe we have missed Miss Lily's until now. Never again! It is now our official stop. Beautifully quaint cabin type spot off the road about 150 yards. (So you'll have to look close... More

The decor and table arrangement of seating was excellent but we left almost immediately after viewing the Sunday Brunch for which the charge was $15 per person. The selection was incredibly limited for the charge, both my wife and I found very little that would justify the charge. Leaving a restaurant is not something we do but here we had... More

Charming restaurant with personable owner & waitstaff. We had Sunday brunch which was very nice. Lovely presentation of foods. U don't have to have brunch. Just order off menu. Convenient location with lots of parking. Also open for lunch. Worth checking it out

We were disappointed that the Dancing Bear Lodge restaurant was closed. We had eaten there on our last trip to Townsend. We chose Miss Lily's Café as an alternate. We were pleasantly surprise with the quality of food, especially for the price, and service. Our waiter, Dan, was very professional and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the blackened... More

Took my wife out to dinner on May 8th. Our experience was not the best. We are locals & haven't been to Miss Lily's for about a year. The wood walkway & deck leading to the entrance needs to be replaced, it is a tripping hazard. We sat at one the three tables with the church pew. The table rocked... More

Located near an entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National Park Miss Lily's Cafe is a great place to stop before or after a hike or drive through the park. The blackened fish over the best grits I've ever eaten was worth the trip. We were a party of 6 and ordered 5 different menu items. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their lunch... More

Let's start outside...maybe this doesn't bother some, but I look at the whole picture. Landscaping in the beds that needs attention, but maybe they haven't had time to clean them. Peak season is a few weeks away! Restaurant has a nice porch and inside is decorated nicely. Upon entering, no hello, and it took at least 5 minutes for someone... More

Food is wonderful and service is good. Ask if you have any special food considerations because not all the ingredients are listed on the menu. The restaurant appears to have a garden behind it where fresh ingredients comes from.
