We stopped for lunch at to poke around the shops. Food was excellent. I recommend the Chicken Salad on Crossant or Burger. Staff was friendly and kind. Fun shops to look around at. I bought the Pecan Fudge to take with me for dessert and it was heavenly!

Great setting, nice patio, but overpriced, dinners did not come with sides, fried apple pie was dry with few apples.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your visit at Apple Valley and our new patio. We've made a lot of improvements this year. We're sorry, however, that the dinner did not meet your expectations. Our Fried Apple Pies are a hit with most people, it sounds like you did not have a typical experience. We hope you... More

Love the food. Two restaurants at this location. One is reasonable priced and the other is fine-dining. Great place to walk, shops to visit and other apple products are available at the gift shop. Great place to spent the afternoon. Very relaxing.

Cute, clean restaurant. Asked the nice lady behind the counter what she would recommend and she said the pulled pork sandwich. Sounded good to us and we were starving. What a disappointment to open the sandwich expecting to see beautiful strands of pulled pork only to find chopped, fatty pork! The sandwich came with fries and coleslaw. I think maybe... More

This was not my destination but a sign offering relaxation sounded too good to pass. I first wandered through country store. Then stopped to sit on porch with plenty of rockers. Lovely. Decided to stop in cafe....coffee & maybe something sweet. After checking the impressive menu board I decided to have breakfast, which is served all day. Tried sausage biscuits... More

The apple dumplings are so delicious! They also have lots of crafty items to look at in the store nearby. Most all food items are handmade and onsite. We love to stop whenever in Townsend.
