My family enjoyed eating here twice on a recent trip to Townsend. For lunch we all had something different and everyone's meal disappeared! I liked the fries served in the basket- very cute. Breakfast was also good and the service was terrific. The waitress was very attentive and remembered what everyone was drinking. They have a local following which tells... More

We found this delightful restaurant online and decided to try it. Everything about it was enjoyable! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. I have food allergies, and our waiter was more than happy to check ingredients and make accommodations. The food was delicious as well. Everyone in my family thoroughly enjoyed their food. We will be back!

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat before running some errands. We each had a bowl of the ham and bean soup, and split a vegetable wrap. The soup was outstanding - clearly home made. The wrap came with nice basket of fries and was equally tasty. The place is nicely decorated and the service... More

Great breakfast and small town atmosphere. Located seven miles from Cades Cove and in a quaint location. Almost like being back home. Everyone was so friendly and the food was very good.

We went to see what they had since we were new to the area and we were getting hungry, it was a little place, so quaint. We decided to try it out and we were glad we did. Wonderful staff and even better food. We liked it so much we went back for breakfast before heading back home! A lot... More

We came in 10 minutes before closing and were treated very cordially by the host and waitstaff. The prime rib, mashed potatoes and green beans were very good but were served about room temperature or lower. I've been here before for breakfast and it was excellent so I'll try them again, maybe just not at closing time.

Have been here several times for dessert. The staff are wonderful and the place is cute. Cookies are large and yummy. Wish there was a little larger desert selection. Will definitely return.

We ate here twice on separate days. We found this place by accident. Good localy made meals. The staff were friendly, wanting to know where we came from etc. Chicken pot pie was on special one of the days. It was very good. A toasted sandwich the other meal I had, also very tasty. Parking out the front. The locals... More

We ate at the Firefly on our way home from vacation. The food was pretty classic diner fare. It was in the upper range of diner food by far and the presentation was adorable. Each order of fries came out in their own little mini fryer basket. The food was plentiful, but a little pricey. On our check (just me... More
