Loaded with local charm

Good food (great hashbrowns and biscuits) with excellent southern small town atmosphere complete with a waitress calling you honey and old men congregating at the counter. Try the firefly pie!

This is a small place with great food. We went at lunch but they serve breakfast and dinner. They have great fries which are served in cute individual baskets. I had the tuna melt, probably the best I've ever had. Other members of our party had the Hot ham and cheese and a Reuben. Each one was very good. Give... More

I love coming in to the firefly as much as i can. Walking in to a bunch of smiling faces is how it should be. Im most definately a regular. There's never a dull moment while Martha ( my favorite server) is there. Lisa the owner feels like family. I love the food. They have a little bit of everything.... More

We went there with 3 kids on a Friday night. Really good food, nice people. They were great with the kids. Loved the fried green tomato BLT. My son had the lemon chicken and enjoyed it. The sweet potato fries were great. Great fudge!

My husband and I ate at the Firefly Cafe for lunch. I had the chicken and dumplins which was the special for the day and my husband had the fried ham sandwich. The food was good, although I had to salt alot of my food which is unusual because I don't usually salt my food. The prices were not good,... More

OK when you're on the road and need to eat. Salad had quite a few leaves that should NOT have been in there. Bakery stand was empty. Soup of the day was sold out at 11.55 AM ?? Friendly people serving and behind the register!

We had a firefly chicken sandwich, was very good. But the Reuben was skimpy and no rye bread. And we were really disappointed the sweet potato fries are gone, the regular fries were tasteless so we weren't so mad that the portion was only half what it used to be. Our server was quiet stoic, and paid us little attention,... More
