The pork BBQ sandwich was good but the brisket was dry. The hush puppies were the best part of the meal. We did enjoy sitting on the porch near the river and listening to nuts falling onto the roof. But the food was just okay.

The food was great and the view along the creek on the outside patio was great. We didn't get the deal with the tubing because we were a little more hungrier after the tube but still good prices for service and good food and location.

We love to stop here whenever we are heading to or from Pigeon Forge or Townsend. The Full Slab Rib meal is enough for a family of four and quite tasty!

The food left something to be desired. It was just okay, edible. Staff was friendly. We ate on the covered patio overlooking the river. They should consider cleaning it a little more often. There were lots of dead bugs on the railing, I wouldn't let my 2 year old near it. Probably wouldn't go back.

Sat on the dirty back porch area. Took a long time to get our not-so-tasty food. Nothing good about this "real pit" BBQ (never did see anything resembling a pit). Go down the street to Smoky Joe's for a better experience

Had the pulled chicken sandwich, husband had the pulled pork, said there wasn't much flavor in the sauce. Mine was too spicy. They mixed up our order for sauces. Waitress was really friendly. If you sit outside, remember your on the river, it smells.

The BBQ is excellent - very good smoky flavor. The sides were just average but the atmosphere on the river is very nice.

Same place as the other listing here at trip advisor. Does not change my opinion of this dining place. Poor tasting food; scketchy service; most importantly these people are just plain rude to anyone on the river, endangering visitors needing to portage around a dam; and these people (owners of this BBQ) refuse to let them step onto the land... This restaurant is good for all ages. Our kids range from 9 to 2. We sat on the screened porch overlooking the river. Food was good. This place is well worth a try. Service was excellent.

The prices where good. The food was good basic BBQ Fare I had the chicken and the pork, the sandwich's needed a little more meat. They have good French Fries and big drink glasses.
