We all enjoyed the food at this place. I got the marinated grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. My hubby got the open-faced roast beef and potatoes. Both were really good. Friends with us all got really good plates of food with no complaints. We did not save room for dessert! The same people have owned this restaurant for... More

Took a small group of riders here. The place was clean and nice decor. Service was fast and friendly. Food however.... edible. Two of us had Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches and agreed, they clearly have never been anywhere near Philly. Very bland. Used good meat, but just blah. One rider did enjoy the ceasar salad. Said it was very fresh.... More

Dated but well maintained building would not give a hint as to the wonder meals inside. Black current ice tea, grilled cheese sandwiches like Mom used to make, thick slice of tomato and loaded with real cheese, tasty vegetarian selections, and real homemade glazed pumpkin walnut rum cake warm right out of the oven. OMG, A hidden gem. Rascal Pants... More

Our group went to ride the dragon. After long days riding we really wanted some good food! Hard pressed anywhere in the area. We stayed in a cabin and wanted something close so after a disappointing time at the Crab Trap we tried here. Most everything in town closes by 6pm other than this, crab trap, hardees and subway. I... More

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food was fantastic! We were so happy to be able to take my mother here for a late mother's day meal. We were completely satisfied. She had her favorite fish dinner, I had an omelette and my wife had a BLT type sandwich. Great sweet potato fries! We will definitely... More

First time here although I've eaten at most other places in town since I travel through a lot, and now live here. Reuben was excellent, the corned beef was very tasty. Chili was fries were also excellent, and I don't like fries much. I'll be eating here and recommending often.

Stopped in for a late lunch after touring the Cherohala Skyway. Figured it for a nice meat and three, southern restaurant. Wrong. It was so much more!! The menu was very creative. From Deli sandwichs to Crab Cakes to homemade soups. Crab Cakes appetizers kicked us off. Chunky, Maryland style - delicious. Loaded Potato Soup was rich and full of... More

We visted on Friday Oct 25, 2013, party of five. Ordered fried green tomatoes, when we received them they were fried in deep frier whose oil had not been changed in weeks. Should have not order anything fried. However, two in the party ordered fried items. Fried Fish and Chicken Strips both tasted so bad could not eat them. I... More

You have got to try the onion rings and sweet tomato dressing. Sounds horrible and I almost turned my nose up on it but wow wow is all i can say this was great. Had the chicken rate that a three star but everything else was five stars including the specials.
