Great food Slow style

I LOVE to eat at the Town Square Cafe. It's a tiny, old, out dated kitschy style restaurant where your food is prepared to order which means it may take a while for it to get from their grill to your table. Free wi-fi helps kill the time.

Ate breakfast in the delightful Town Square Cafe in Tellico Plains. Any breakfast combination you can imagine is likely on the menu. Homemade biscuits are good. Service is friendly and prompt. The walls are abundantly adorned with kitchen "collections," not junk, as a small sign hanging in the midst proclaims. One could stock a cabin kitchen from this cafe! Ask... More

A great little resturant. We had breakfast here and very good. All the old relics hung up all over the walls brings back alot of memories. Owners are friendly, which makes for a nice place to stop in and have a bite to eat and chat with.

We have lived here for years and have never visited this place. So glad we did! Fantastic biscuits! I've heard the pancakes are great, too!

Okay, you want a great breakfast for an amazing price? This is your place. It's a little place and if they're busy you can expect to wait but it's worth it. Made from scratch food (I recommend the pancakes but really everything is awesome). There's plenty to look at on the walls while you wait. Very friendly place.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to visit Bald River Falls. The breakfast was very delicious. Good home cooked food. Really cool decor if you enjoy looking at antique country memorabilia. Loved it.

Had lunch before starting up the Skyway. Wanted the patty melt but they were out of rye bread. Also out of Dr Pepper. Friendly staff, food good. Many of the padded seats in the booths were split with the stuffing coming out.

Had breakfast here and it was excellent, both my Dad and I had different items and both were happy. Owner/manager was running the place and we had a questions about watching the US world cup game and the owner/manager called a couple other places to locate the game for us without us asking. That is something you don't ever see... More
