Okay, you want a great breakfast for an amazing price? This is your place. It's a little place and if they're busy you can expect to wait but it's worth it. Made from scratch food (I recommend the pancakes but really everything is awesome). There's plenty to look at on the walls while you wait. Very friendly place.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to visit Bald River Falls. The breakfast was very delicious. Good home cooked food. Really cool decor if you enjoy looking at antique country memorabilia. Loved it.

Had lunch before starting up the Skyway. Wanted the patty melt but they were out of rye bread. Also out of Dr Pepper. Friendly staff, food good. Many of the padded seats in the booths were split with the stuffing coming out.

DON'T PASS THIS PLACE UP!!!!! They have been in business for 19 years and we just found them! My wife and I love finding little "Mom & Pop" restaurants & dinners. The goal is to go somewhere the locals go or somewhere not your typical chain restaurant. The Town Square Cafe fits this to a T! The Service was great and... More

Had breakfast here and it was excellent, both my Dad and I had different items and both were happy. Owner/manager was running the place and we had a questions about watching the US world cup game and the owner/manager called a couple other places to locate the game for us without us asking. That is something you don't ever see... More

This small and very friendly restaurant is a real gem. Friendly people who make us, as frequent (every two years for a decade) visitors feel like family. The food is beyond excellent, and the owners, who are locals, make us feel like we belong in the family. Great breakfasts, and wonderful, wonderful pizza. Super for lunch, with a varied menu.... I was driving the Cherohala Skyway en route to a photography workshop in Great Smoky Mountains National Park and stopped overnight in Tellico Plains. The Town Square Cafe looked like the best breakfast bet and did not disappoint. The veggie omelet is fabulous! The eggs are cooked thin -- almost like a crepe -- before the veggies and cheese are... I love to drive the Cherohala Skyway and do it often from Chattanooga,TN. I love to eat breakfast here. I've never had another meal here based on my direction of travel. Great small town, old or maybe historic, clean, friendly restaurant. If they serve it for breakfast I've had it it's all good!!
