Excellent southern BBQ

This is traditional southern BBQ and it is absolutely delicious. The place is clean and the servers are very friendly. The prices for the daily lunch specials are unbelievably cheap. I highly recommend this place and I will be returning before I leave town!

We were staying in Sweetwater while looking for property in Tellico Village. We did not realize, at first, that there were limited dining places in Sweetwater. After three days of McDonald breakfast, we saw their sign and stopped in. Breakfast was great - southern style - service and cleanliness was excellent. We went back RIBS one night, and had sandwiches... More

On the way back from Pennsylvania to Georgia, I decided to stop at Bradley's Pit BBQ. I have passed by many times but this was my first time stopping. I knew it was going to be a good experience when I saw the local firefighters and others having their lunch. I got take out but they have an all you... More

Stopped here for lunch on the way south on I-75. Saw their sign on the exit and decided to try some BBQ. Great choice! It's been some time since we had ribs, so even though the luncheon menu was peppered with unusual and what looked like delicious offerings, we opted to do dinner (offered with two sides). My wife ordered... More

This place is about 1 mile off I-75, an hour north of Chattannooga. Stopped for lunch on a road trip. The best meat is the ribs - fall off the bone, sweet molasses based sauce, a bit fatty, but excellent. Beef brisket is good, smoky. Avoid the pork – very dry, overly smoky. They have three sauces – sweet, vinegar,... More

The wife and I have never seen this restaurant in earlier trips to the area, but stopped because we were hankerin' for BBQ. We noticed they have ample seating and service too. We ordered the BBQ half chicken with two sides. The potatoes were huge and expertly baked. The green beans were hot, tender, and tasty. The chicken was "fall... More

We were passing through GA on the way back from our family vacation in the Smoky Mountains. Decided to stop by for lunch. My husband had the brisket. He was not impressed. Not smoked long enough and not seasoned well but tender. I ordered turkey sandwich. It was the best smoked turkey we have ever tried. Even my husband liked... More

We stopped on the road and had high hopes - we were completely disappointed. We had three meat combo platter: the smoked turkey was the driest least flavorful turkey I have ever had, the brisket was the worst ever also, the sausage was boring. The portions were VERY small for $18. The saving grace was the pork filled hush puppies... More
