Really good "home-cooked" food, just like Mom or Grandma made. Meat and 3 type - delicious and the prices are unbeatable.

If you want a good meal this is it. The flavor is great. You get a meat and 2 for 6.50. All the workers were as friendly as they could be I thought I was at my grandmothers. There is also a new antique mall next door stop in if you have time.

This is an amazing hole in the wall palce to get great southern cooking. It has the feeling of your grandmas kitchen and the people that work there are so nice. Food offered is a meat and 3 type with several meats and veggies offered daily. You MUST try their fried pork chops, chicken and dressing, and turnip greens.

I have to say what a wonderful surprise I had when I stumbled into this little spot! I was out running a relative around town and was about to starve, but didn't want to go to a crowded place with 400 tables, half good food and high prices. Well, did I luck up or what??? We went in, and while... More

I have lived in this town since 1964 with a few breaks here and there..can I tell you my delight in wandering into this little restaurant and finding the gem that I did!! The first thing I noticed other than the wonderful aroma's of grandma's kitchen was the friendliness of the owner and her family. They make you feel like... More

This is a clean little reataraunt. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. I think before we left the restaraunt, we had conversation with everybody that would come and go. We had breakfast there. It was all you can eat. You tell them what you want and they bring it to you. It was... More

The food here is AWESOME! If you're looking for a truly great Meat-and-Three meal, then Breaking Bread is the place to try. The salmon patties are scrumptious, the vegetables are fantastic. The turnip greens are the best I've ever eaten - next to my grandmothers. They have an all-you-can-eat Saturday breakfast that just can't be beat, also.
