Nice local option

I visited in early March and this was a nice dinner option after a busy day at work. Plenty of chain restaurants around but I wanted to try a local option instead. The bar area is nice and big, plenty of seats at tables or the bar with good TV viewing for games. The beer selection is good and... read more

Prime rib was dry and lacking flavor. Ribeye ' s my friends had was wonderful! They lost our order. No offer of percentage off or "free" anything.

What a delicious meal! We stopped here at about 9pm on a Saturday night in March (14th). The lobby was filled with people waiting but the hostess said the wait would be about 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 7 minutes and were seated in a booth toward the back of the restaurant. The decor is nice with tall... More

This restaurant is right off the Interstate which makes it very convenient for travelers. The food was really high quality and we enjoyed it a lot. Our 5 year old boy ordered macaroni and cheese. The dish was pretty dry and didn't look fresh, so we sent it back. No big deal. The server was very accommodating and explained the... More

Hickory Falls serves up some great food! My favorite is their fried Catfish! The breading is nicely browned and has white tasty catfish! Reminds me of my grandmother's that was fried in an iron skillet. All the food at Hickory Falls is outstanding! Give them a try soon.

I ordered the pork chops with mashed potatoes, and asparagus. The pork chops were pretty decent, above average pork chops. Well cooked and decently seasoned, worth the price. The asparagus was amazing, probably worth going for that alone. The potatoes however were disappointing, luckily the other two items were filling enough I just skipped them

My wife and I have special occasion dinners here. The staff is really friendly and the food great. Prices are about the same at other local steak houses. The prime rib is recommended and we normally order it. If you're looking for a different place for dinner then I recommend giving Hickory Falls a try.

I've been to this restaurant twice when visiting Nashville. The atmosphere is great - family friendly. The menu offers a wide variety to choose from. Seafood, steaks, chicken, salads, sandwiches - all with big portions and great prices and been delicious both times. This last time, we had about a ten minute wait and the food was on our table... We started with the nachos, they were huge and delicious. We both had filet for main course, mine was wonderful and perfectly cooked, my boyfriends was undercooked. The service is phenomenal. We actually returned the following night for the margarita special.

Wonderful & quick attentive service. Good food, adequate bar and comfortable atmosphere. Close to interstate - great place to stop before Nashville.
