IvyWild is excellent

This is a high-end dining experience: service, food, etc. Several years ago the portions tended to be small, but now they are more generous. A nice selection of entrees. Everything we have ever eaten at IvyWild has been excellent.

Pricey food. Small portions. How do restaurants get away with this? If I'm sitting there thinking about stopping at Burger King on the way home because I know I will still be hungry, there's something dreadfully wrong here. Three dots of blackberry jam across the plate as an artistic presentation to the food is automatically tantamount to exorbitant prices? NO!... More

I highly recommend this restaurant. The wine list was very good. Great appetizers. Food was incredible. The place is rather small, so I highly recommend reservations.

Let me just say we love the food, but the prices got too expensive on our last visit. We brought our own wine too. 2 entrees., 2 desserts and 2 coffees $164.00 This includes the tip.... But just a little expensive for the location. Sorry IvyWild. coffees

As other reviewers have commented, it's surprising to find food this great in such a small mountain town. The two stand-outs that we tried were the portabella & pistachio baklava and the filet. The baklava was so unique and utterly delicious. And the filet was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the tomato aspic side was such a great addition. We also had... More

Great place for those who like great food. Presentation of each dish added to the evening. One of the best beef filet ever. Appetizer, main dish, and desert were all gluten free.

Had anniversary dinner here. Service was good as well as ambiance. The "broken bread" appetizer that had been recommended was so hard we could not tear it or begin to chew it and the butters were flavorless. Our sea bass entrees were very good and the presentation was nice. Dessert, less than great. There were two couples of us celebrating... More

We eat at this restaurant about once a month. We have never had a bad dining experience. It is about 1 hour west of Chattanooga, better than any restaurants in Chattanooga. Bring your own alcoholic beverage and sit back and enjoy the great food.

This is the 3rd time my husband and I have been to Ivy Wild. It was not a disappointment. From the breaking of the bread which is absolutely delish. We split our dishes, my husband started with the Filet and I got the chicken and waffle. Both we very good, the steak was cooked perfect and chicken was fresh (maybe... More
