Great service!!

We went after a long and tiring day at Dollywood. The food was delicious and everybody enjoyed it. I was happy that they make substitutions (lettuce instead of a bun and vegetables instead of fries). The server was very attentive and personable. She acted like she enjoyed her job.

My wife and I visited The Diner last Thursday afternoon. The business was a little busy but we were seated immediately. After about 5 minutes of sitting the host said he would take our order. We ordered 2 milkshakes and 1 large fry. Approximately 20 minutes later a young lady brought our fry out and said is this all you... More

After a full day of hiking, my husband and I came here for dinner. I highly recommend the potato salad (it contains sour cream and dill - yum!), fried okra, and peach cobbler. My husband's club sandwich was huge and my chicken salad sandwich was fine. Our server was friendly and we left feeling satisfied!

We took the boys. One had an elk burger... Said he was having the same thing next time. The other had spaghetti... Said it was soooo good... Husband had the Chicken pie... He said it was the best he had ever had,and he has had a lot! I had a bacon cheese burger and kettle chips. The burger was fantastic.... More

We really appreciate your time to post. This post reflects our mission of taking no shortcuts to serve everyone in your party with the food they love. That elk is from young western elk, the bacon is thick (14-18) applewood smoked, the best we can find, same for everything on the menu. The burger is pure Angus 81/19 char-grilled like... More

The food was awful. The service was worse. Try to find somewhere else for you and your family to eat. Only place I have ever been where they even messed up the ice-cream. The BOTTLED was great.

We trust God with our lives and have trusted Him with our business for over 11 ½ years and know He answers prayer, so our prayer is that He will bless you and your granddaughter. As we discussed, you had what we think is a really good experienced yet relatively new Server at THE DINER who got so flustered that... More

We loved the retro feel of the place. The food over all was good. Veggies on the burgers were nice and fresh and everything was cooked as ordered. Fries lacked a little seasoning but everything was delivered hot and the service was fantastic!

Thanks for taking the time to post. Your comments are what we hear at the tables & register all day long and you have no idea how much we appreciate seeing them here. They are honest and fully accurate. Perhaps we should consider seasoning our French Fries. We never have as so many want to reduce salt in their diet.... More

Of course we always want honest feedback, in person is my preference so we can ask the questions that will help us to make that improvement you think we need. A call to/for Howard would really be appreciated so we can speak. I cannot recall the last time a customer told me our food is average. We hear thanks for... More

We stopped in here on our way home from Gatlinburg, we were having lunch and it was very expensive for what we got. The quality was also just not there. Will not return, sorry guys but this place needs work.

Hard to respond not knowing what or when you dined. This is not what diners tell us at the tables, at the register. Perhaps we failed to review our menu with you that is pretty extensive to help you find a better price. Lots of breakfast options at $4-7 using extra large eggs, Thick Applewood Bacon, great pancakes. Lunch/sandwiches/suppers at... More

While on vacation, we called up some family friends that we hadn't seen in a while and asked if they wanted to meet in central location for dinner.
