Definitely a Blast From the Past!

From the moment you enter the old style doors, see the juke box just inside and the waitresses in the poodle skirts, you know this is a great burger joint! The "Classic Shiny Diner Burger" and their mushroom swiss burger are two of our favorite, however their menu is filled with many more and they... read more

I mistakenly stop thinking is Denny's. Out side building looks like Turnout is THE DINER. We try omelets and was not impressed. When I was eating my omelet noticed hair ball on the floor and looks like was there for a while. I stop eating and observed the place man was wiping chairs and with same towel wipe the table....NO... The food was great, Wait staff was par. Our waitress was very nice. Some of the other staff didn't appear to like their job much. But, my waitress was nice and the food was good. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxed, unlike the other themed diners in Pigeon Forge. Well defiantly stop again.

This restaurant had an excellent atmosphere and great food. It was truly a small time diner, with friendly servers and staff. We will recommend it to our local friends!

We went for breakfast one of the mornings we stayed in the Smokies for vacation. Right away when you walk in the door, you are transported back in time. I love 50's diners, they have so much personality! Our waitress was super nice and our food came out quickly. I had eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, and biscuits. My kids had... More

Have always heard of this place and have seen it, but decided this year we would try it. What a GREAT choice! I had to try the Elk Burger - juicy, meaty, GREAT! Would definitely try it again or the Bison Burger. Wife & daughter also had burgers. Smiley Fries a hit with kids, big and little. Homemade cobblers &... More

This is what food and service should be like! The half-pound Angus burger topped with applewood bacon called The Convertible Cadillac was a mouth-watering explosion! And the Hand-Battered Catfish was a pure delight. The waiters were friendly, professional and attentive.

This place is so neat! Good food at a reasonable price! My son loved the juke box and we loved the cool atmosphere! Glad we found this place.

We ate lunch here after touring some other attractions in the morning. The elk burger was delicious as was the bison burger. Portions were big and service was attentive. The diner was very clean and it wasn't too noisy.
