Loved eating dinner in a place NOT clogged with tourists with tons of kids! Located on Bruce Street it was easy to get to with plenty of on street parking. I had shrimp and grits which was fabulous. They made it without sausage due to a food allergy. :( There is an extensive wine list even though we did not... More

Showed up on monday night ... Waited almost 5 mins til a wait staff showed up. Got a table for 7 people. Waiter disappeared for more than 5 mins. We wound up leaving as water was being served based on the shot staff comment and a 45 min extra time wait I cannot recommend on food but we didn't make... More

Beginning with the brown and serve rolls with bitter pesto followed by trout that was so bad I couldn't eat it, my husband had lamb chops which he could at least eat but at $28 were not very good, I did enjoy the wine but at $10 per glass was overpriced.

I searched for Sevierville restaurants and chose Bistro 109 because it had some good reviews. Mistake...I was the only patron in the entire restaurant. I ordered a drink and the waitor yelled to the back (speaking to the manager I assume), "She wants a drink." The manager walked from the back, wiping sweat from his forehead, didn't wash his hands,... More

visited this restaurant in january. there was only one other table when we entered and was hoping for a "chef driven" bistro experience. Our group had over 60 years owning and operating restaurants and from the start it was obvious that the owners and managers were inexperienced and in way over their heads. our server had little knowledge of the... We ate here after Dollywood and checking out the statue of Dolly at the courthouse. The town seemed shutdown at 7:30, but this bistro was open. Wow, what a surprise! We had great cocktails, a great steak, some delicious lamb chops, a great looking tuna steak and lobster ravioli. All of these dishes were spot on! This was such a... More

We had dinner here on a Thursday night and came back two nights later. All four of the meals we ordered were delicious. The service was very friendly and good.

Bistro 109 offers guests upscale dining as a change of pace from the other fare offered in this area near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. During my recent visit I savored the rainbow trout with crab stuffing, locally grown vegetables, and excellent house made bread pudding. Service was very good, and the water was attentive but not obtrusive. The food was... More

Waiter needs personality training and understanding that the customer is right...always. The menu specials on the window may not be what is delivered. It was lunch time and the wall outside had decent prices but what was delivered, without asking by the waiter, was the largest portion of course for the highest price. We felt as if we were conned... My wife and I ate here April 30,2014. The best part about the food was the spinach appetizer. My ribeye steak was very blah, didn't have a baked potato on menu, my wife had salmon and it still had the skin attached on one side. The tiramisu was more like a sundae in a glass, and coconut cake tasted like... More

Dear valued guest, We thank you for your feedback, wether positive or negative. We appologize that your dining experience with us was less than superb. We unfortunately do not offer baked potatoes, however we have over 15 sides to choose from. When preparing our meats, we use very subtle herbs and spices. This is to compliment our organic meat selection.... More
