Poor food, poor games

I took my grandchildren here on our vacation. The food was bad. The pizza was so thin it was like eating card board. The ranch dressing was so watered down that it had no taste. We got through that part and they headed to the games. It looks like it was an old Gatti Town that had sold out... read more

My family of 4 ate here on December 29th, 2014. First of all, the pizza was horrible. It was hard and dry from sitting under the lights so long. The cheese bread looked fresh, but tasted like it was cooked in kerosene. My children (10 and 12) love pizza, and it was so bad, that they chose to eat salad.... More

One of the largest Mr G's I have ever seen. Plenty of varieties and pizza to go around. The staff keeps plenty of hot pizza on the buffet. Great for large teams or groups. Plenty of seating area also.

They did not have a selection of pizza for a buffet. and they have an arcade, that we had bought a card for but most of the games were out of order. Do not recommend this place at all!

Pizza is tolerable- my husband and I were looking for a place to eat for cheap. Quantity usually does bit mean quality. Chicken pizza, cheese bread and Oreo dessert pizza were good. Ranch was good. Won't be going back next pigeon forge trip.

Every single staff member there was not a bit friendly. I will never take my child back to that place. When we first came in to sit down one of the workers on break kept giving my child evil looks and I almost walked out of there.. Not a good place to take children. F-----

Came to Gatti's Pizza when the power at our cabin went out. Everything about this location was disappointing and we wished we had spent our $8.50 per person elsewhere. It's your classic dirty, sticky, horrible quality buffet. Pizza was low quality and cardboard-like, and cut in to 300 miniature pieces. The dining rooms and high chairs were nasty and sticky...
