Great staff, ok food.

We went to enjoy a southern meal. I ordered something different than usual. When it came, it was very small and disappointing. I guess he saw the look on my face and offered to change the order no questions asked. I did and I was pleased. He went above and beyond to make the experience a good... read more

We love to take a whole apple pie home when we leave the area, but the prices have gotten to the crazy level. $15 for a pie?!

We always stop to get the homemade fried apple pies with vanilla ice cream. They are the best! Shop the Old Barn for gifts or just look around 2 stories of gift ideas and crafts. The setting is Apple Orchard with Apple processing, Apple Cider making, apple pies making, ice cream shop, candy shop, wine shop, etc. I also recommend... More

Everything apple is served here! Apple fritters and apple butter to start. Next my wife and I had Fried chicken and assorted other yummy sides. We did not leave hungry! You get to walk around and shop for other apple products and souvenirs! This is a fun place to shop. A few days later we returned for breakfast, and I... More

After you eat at one of the two restaurants make sure to stop at the cider barn. You could pick up frozen cider for your ride home, Bentons Bacon, gifts, breads & fruit butters and jellies.

We stopped here to see what all the fuss was about with the "fried pies". I see what all the fuss was about! The store was adorable but the cider milk where they sell apple treats is where to go. We got the kids sample cups of cider and me and my husband split a large one. It was super... More

This was our 3rd and unfortunately last visit to the Apple Barn Restaurant. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and they were not busy. We were seated upon arrival. Our drink orders were taken promptly but that is where the good service ended. We waited over 40 minutes on a salad, a vegetable plate and a corn dog for our two... More

we look forward to this restaurant for breakfast on special occasions for our family. We drive up from Knoxville ( I personally got up at 6 am mothers's day as my son wanted to take all of the mothers for breakfast.) My daughter and I both ordered an omellete. I realized something was wrong when tasted the omelette but I... More

Bakery offered fried apple pies, caramel apple pie and everything apple dessert! I couldn't wait to try the caramel apple pie and it was awesome. Huge sitting area with an old country atmosphere.

This seems to be a must stop when visiting Pigeon Forge. The fried pies are excellent, we were here 5 years ago and we felt like they were skimpy on the apple filling, however for this trip we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of filling and quality of the pies. The staff is for the most part made up... More
