We had dinner here Monday night [Dec 15th]. The grounds, porch and view sets the arrival tone. Think; I've arrived. Staff greet you promptly.with a warm welcome. The décor, the wooden floors, tables add a true sense of integrity. The wait staff are friendly, competent, comfortable to be around. A simple menu, clear and easy to read. Not overloaded and... This place is a must anytime we are in the area. Good food and a lot of things to check out while here from the bakery, winery and general store. Apple Butter and Fritters are the best you are going to find.

This restaurant is a very nice place to eat. Very famous for the area. Great country food. Economical.

The wait to be seated was as expected for this establishment but for our first time visiting the farmhouse restaurant and not the grill I was not impressed by the food. Although it wasn't bad, I just think the fried chicken and sides were a bit pricey and were too greasy for my liking.

The experience was fun but the food was expensive. I got the omlet and it was not very good, dry and the veggies were undercooked. Everyone else enjoyed their food. The fritters and juice was great. I would go back, but would try a different dish and drink water! For a family of 4 we paid over $50 for breakfast.

we had the best food, loved the waitstaff and the atmosphere! it was well worth the wait and they did everything to make sure we were warm and cozy during our wait by placing heaters out of the deck. the outfits the waitstaff wore were super cute!

Awesome restaurant and plenty of food. The apple fritters are delicious as well as the drinks. They also have a winery on site.

We have never left the Farmhouse with an empty feeling. The rooms are bright and cozy and have birds if you get the right rooms. All the wait staff make you feel like a treasured friend and no request is too small. Every meal comes with a starter of julip and apple fritters. Then all the other meal choices are... More

We had breakfast here on our way home. We had been here before (about 7 years ago) Wonderful food & service, and the portion size is huge!! Try this place out, you'll not be sorry.

We've been here several times but the last couple of times, the food has not been as good. The dessert tasted like it came from a box. The service took WAY too long to get our food, drinks, check, etc. Not sure we'll be going back.
