So good!

We have been twice and really enjoyed it. Everything we have tried has been delicious and the service is friendly. It's a must stop on every trip to the mountains.

We dined here for lunch today. There were five of us. We wanted to see what the apple fritters, and apple julep was all about. The fritters basically tasted like donut holes, they were decent, the drink too. When our meals came out, my son found two hairs in his soup. I had the bbq chicken quesadilla, not a great... More

Ate eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits and gravy and potatoes. The order took a very long time. When it arrived, it was lukewarm, and the biscuits as well as the grits had a "layer" on them, as if they had been sitting a while. The fritters were very good though.

Went for breakfast on Sunday, an hour wait. Porch comfortable to sit on while waiting. Seating was comfortable, server was great. Apple fritters were good, apple butter was very tasty. Breakfast burrito was good, very large portion, French toast is enough to feed 3 people, very good. Bisquit Benedict was great, grits were fabulous. Blueberry hibiscus iced tea very good.... More

My family and I love the Apple Barn restaurant! It is wonderful food with great service. It is unique that the restaurant is in a old, restored farm house. It is a great deal of food, I always take home enough to eat the next day. I suggest this if you love country cooking!

We had 25 people for dinner. They were pretty on time with our reservation. We couldn't all sit together, so that was a bit awkward and disappointing. The apple fritters were wonderful, and I heard the fried chicken was too, but everything else was pretty bland. I wish we selected a different restaurant.

Enjoyable breakfast, served partially family style, but you order eggs as you like them along with the meat of your choice when you order the farmhouse breakfast. The apple fritters and apple muffins alone are worth the cost of the meal and the apple julep is very tasty.

I love it. I am a southern cook so I am not easily impressed with southern cuisine in restaurants. But, I will have to say I have never had a bad meal there ever. We visited again yesterday and had the same delicious experience we've had many times before, Go try it. You won't be disappointed.

Not run of mill restaurant. Forget the chains for your getaway. Go here for good food. You'll love the complementary fritters with meal and all things "apple" in their store/bakery too. All in a pretty setting just a hundred yards or so off main hwy.

A new favorite when in town. We are on vacation and I would highly recommend it. The food, the service and the grounds are great.
