Very busy, had a 20 minute wait which wasn't to bad. We were seated and waited about 45 minutes for our meal. The food was okay, my sons hamburger was supposed to be well done but was very undercooked. Reported this to the waitress, she offered us another burger and reported to the manager, he was very nice and offered... More

Best ribs I have ever eaten! I also had the smokehouse (i think it is called) salad on a different visit. It was pretty amazing. The portions are huge and the food is excellent. We try to go every time we visit the area.

Good selection food. I had steak, mashed potatoes and baked apples - all prepared perfectly!! The Pina colada was amazing as well as the Banana Pudding. Pricing was reasonable for all the food.

Recently I dined at Calhouns. The service was better than ever. I ordered the Ale Steak it was fabulous!!! Cooked to order and well presented, a fine cut of meat. Noted for their BBQ Ribs which I have never tried; this steak is one of my favorites. Great choice of sides to go with the main course. An enjoyable dining... More

Was recommended so we went on New Years for dinner.. Not a large steak selection, so my husband orders the filet mignon (med well) & added a shrimp skewer - extra $8..(only other option was a 7oz sirloin with shrimp).. We wanted a salad - extra $3.75 each.. Thank goodness we ordered the loaded potato skins (only good item!) -... More

Stopped in New Year's Day for a late lunch/early dinner with 2 other people. The bread was as good as usual. Sat in the bar area and waiter was very nice. Friend got pork plate and it was good with a great portion size. I got a half rack and they were only fair. Corn pudding came 10 minutes after... More

Good food. Our server was great. Pulled pork potato skins were good. Ribs were only fair but after all this is only Tennessee BBQ.
