Food was great!

Our waitress was great. The food was really good. Our bread was brought out quickly, which was great since we had four kids. We had a group of eight and were seated rather fast. The sun was coming in on our faces and the hostess fixed that quickly. Overall, great food and great service.

We went around 4 p.m. so it would not be busy. The first basket of bread we received was cold. I ordered their "famous" ribs. Very disappointing. Burnt on the outside and taste was not extraordinary. My "stuffed" baked potato eas cold and had only 3 bites inside it. The mac and cheese tasted funny so my son and Dad... More

I love Calhouns! They have the best salad and honey mustard dressing! They garlic rolls and butter are to die for. I always get the ale steak and it is so juicy and tender. It has a ton of flavor. One of my favorite meals!

I love visiting here when I'm in town. the food is wonderful. Everything is fresh, they make the bread daily, and even grind their own hamburger everyday. Tonight however, they were having a problem with their beer tap and the beer was warm. Other than that I really love the place and would highly recommend it.

Stopped on the way to Gatlinburg. My wife got a barbecue chicken sandwich and I got the wet wings. Both were really tasty. Our waitress, Stephanie, was the BEST.

We have eaten here several years ago and it is just as good now. We like their in house brewed beer the best of any in the area. We ordered the potato skins which are stuffed with their signature Bar B Q and the Fried green tomatoes. They were appetizers, but really filled us up. The waiter in the bar... More

Stopped in on our way into town not crowded at all service was excellent. Food was very good.... a friend ordered their daily special vegetable which was fried okra. I cannot describe how good the fried okra was at Calhouns. I am a country boy and have eaten a lot of fried okra in my days, but I believe this... More

My wife and I stopped for a late lunch we had the soup of the day which was chicken and rice, baby back ribs, pulled pork, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and sweet tea. Everything was good and the service was excellent. It is a little pricy but well worth it. It has been a while since we ate... More

Ate here this past weekend in an overnight trip. I got a burger and it wasn't the best I've had. My husband had the BBQ said the BBQ itself was good but the sauce that they had was terrible. Prolly will not be returning
