My wife and I had dinner there. I had the 16 layer Lasagna which was excellent. You could tell that all of the food including the warm bread was homemade and the sauce was one of the best I have ever had. If you want Italian food, this is the place to go. Friendly service, great food.

Just had dinner at Johnny Carino's. Oh my goodness! The food was delicious I had the Bacon Mac-Cheese. It was creamy with mushrooms, chicken and just a hint of bacon. My husband had the 16 layer lasagna and loved it. We both took about half back to our room for lunch tomorrow. This is a great place to get Italian!

Another reviewer compared this place to Olive Garden. They're similar. Same type of food and decor. Carino's has a but smaller dining areas and more booths, both of which I liked. Carino's menu is very good with a varied list of items available. I found the prices pretty reasonable (we were there for lunch). No Olive Garden greasy breadsticks, but... More

Came here for lunch. Good opportunity to somewhat remove yourself from the crowds around town. I was pretty impressed with the menu presented. The waiter did a great job at pointing out good recommendations for dairy free options. Without even asking our waiter would refill our drinks. To start, bread was fresh and very tasty, dairy free as I requested.... More

dont be afraid to ask for more bread, and the oil and herbs are great. We have ordered off the menu and the buffet was wonderful also. Have been there many times, next door to The Bullfish Grill, both are Great. Great Italian Cuisine, and like I said, dont be afraid to ask for more bread...service is great too.

A step above the Olive Garden. Good food many choices and a good atmosphere that we look forward to visiting whenever we visit a town with a Johhny Carinos

My husband and I visited on a Tuesday night. The service was good. The bread was outstanding! I had baked cheese tortellini and loved it. My husband had shrimp florentine and was a little disappointed that there were so few shrimp in it. Overall, a pretty good meal.

Seated immediately, service was fine. Portion sizes were large, although food quality was average - nothing spectacular, but at least a viable option in the land of fried everything. The biggest negative was listening to one female employee gripe to another female employee about her job and her dislike of management while I was trying to use the restroom. Those... More

Great food and service. We got to eat here for lunch in association with our Taking Better Photos class. Much better than some of the other Italian chains. My 11 year old son got a pepperoni pizza that was great. I got the chicken fettuccini and my wife ordered the Caesar Salad. Both were outstanding. Check this place out if... More
