Great Food, Daniel, our server was awesome! Definitely one of the best meals I've ever had in the area and by far the best service I've ever had!

We stopped in Carino's because our original destination for supper was closed for a private Christmas party--and we are so glad they were! Mountains of spaghetti and meatballs later we were stuffed and ready for a long winter's nap! And Gage our server made our dinner most enjoyable! We will visit here again very soon!

I love Alfredo and am always searching for a good dish. Well I found one here ... The chicken Alfredo was thick enough to stay on the noodles ( my requirement! ) and oh so flavorfull!! And the bread.... YUMMY!!!

We've been to this restaurant a couple of times now, as it is so close to the Hampton Inn where we stay. The food is very good here, with a nice wine menu and some of the best hot bread in a little white bag. They must bake it right in the back. It's comes out as an uncut loaf... More

We tried this place out and was surprised at the real taste of Italian food here. All the employees were very nice and friendly. We were waited on and served our dinner quickly. We will definitely visit again

Our server seemed bothered that we were there. Not much personality. The pasta dishes were good, lots of pasta. The free bread they bring you is very good. Can't recall servers name, I don't think she told us. Overall, it is just OK. Probably better than a Olive Garden, but not "high end". The inside has a bit of a... More

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Our server who also inforned us was a bartender also gave us outstanding service. We were having a late lunch/early dinner so could still take advantage of their 2 can dine for 14.99 which I believe goes to 6. I tried their sangria which was fruity combined with a nice red wine flavor. This probably is... More

Grandson loves Johnny Carino's and when he came to visit I took him here for lunch. Food and service are really good and they have lunch specials that are a great value. Only been here for lunch but I can tell you it is good.

On an annual pilgrimage with friends to Pigeon Forge and chose to eat at Johnny Carino's. My best decision of the day was to try the Skilletini...with sausage! Served in a hot skillet, the portion was so large that I could only eat half of it, and the taste was out of this world. The crisp sausage that covered the... More
