Food was okay and service was slow. The spaghetti and meatballs needed a lot more sauce and the Sprite was just fizzy water, I told the waitress but noticed the young girl next to us ordered a Sprite and got the same fizzy water. Was disappointed that that issue was not taken care of since it was same waitress for... More

We love Johnny Carino's restaurant, and now that we've found out that you can get family size dinners for half price on Monday's then that's where we go on Mondays when our trip includes a Monday. We had their delicious lasagna this time shared between three people with some left over. Of course, the bread in the garlic and spiced... More

We first discovered Johnny Carinos about 12 -13 years ago when they had a west Knoxville location. When that location closed,we were very happy to have this location open in Pigeon Forge. We stopped in today for lunch. We sat in a curtained booth and enjoyed the bread and garlic olive oil and the ambiance. My husband had his favorite,... More

The food was average, and the service was definitely below average. Our server did not seem interested in anticipating our needs, and did not come back very often. One positive is the free bread and herbs brought out at the beginning of the meal. VERY tasty!

I have eaten here a number of times. Never a bad experience. I order food I traditionally do not make at home. I can make lasagna and spaghetti at home so ... I had the bow tie pasta with grilled chicken and creamy sauce. Very Good, Delicious bread Good service and quick

My husband & I visited on New Year's & it's a place I see us making into a "usual" on future trips. Food was mouth watering, atmosphere calm & quiet. Our waiter was very polite & helpful. Prices were reasonable. Wonderful meal!

My husband and I had never eaten at Johnny Carino's until last night. We decided we wanted to try something different when we spotted Johnny Carino's. We were seated quickly, the waiter was super friendly and helped us decide what to order. He knew what he was talking about, everything was delicious. Everything was great. If you decide to go,... Great food, good service. Bread basket was very good and wish all carino's would have it. Had a shrimp pasta and was very good.

I went with a family of 7, 4 whom are very picky eaters. Coming from Orlando Florida and having a olive garden, carrabas and a macaroni grill and being from an Italian family. It was a hit for all not over priced same as a Fridays or Dennys. From beginning to end amazing. Food absolutely delicious take it home it... More
