I experienced Huck Finns for the first time this past weekend and fell in love with the place! The one thing I wasn't crazy about is the eating area being one big open room; it causes it to be a little noisy because you hear chatter all around. I was told they have another area in the back and I... more

My wife and I just had lunch at Hucks for her birthday and it was great. We've ate there every trip to Pigeon Forge and it's always great. For $6.95 I got 2 pieces of catfish, fries and all the extra vittles I could eat, which included cole slaw, hush puppies, soup beans, onions and dill pickles. more

This was our second trip to this restaurant. Service was excellent both times, and the food was also. Not over priced, and the "vittles" that come with every meal are all you can eat. Clean with friendly staff. Something for everyone. We will go there again when we return. Even our 5 year old loved it. more

We arrived a little later - around 8:00/8:30 PM and were seated almost immediately. The front entrance is a store with lots of crappy-looking knick-knacky stuff and the main dining room where we sat is rusticly decorated. Upon first impression, I'd say I wasn't expecting anything great as far as the food, but I was pleasantly surprised. Each meal comes... more

Has anyone else had food posioning after eating here? My husband and I were on our honeymoon. That Sunday night (9-21-2008) we ate there. He ate the catfish strips. At 2:00 AM he got out of bed and was violently sick. I took him to Ft. Sanders hospital. We are still working on getting the records, but they said something... more

The food was good, the service was great. Plenty of food for the price. They also had a guy singing and playing the guitar. He was very good. more

The food here was sooo great! You get ~alot~ for your money, so come hungry. And the people there make you feel like you just walked into your own kitchen. The singer, Blake Robinson .. awesome! more

Last year we stayed in Townsend and drove to Pigeon Forge for our meals. We stopped one evening at one of the information centers and told the man there we were looking for just good basic seafood, you know just fried baby shrimp and the fixings. He sent us to the BullFish which was the absolute worse food and horribly... more

Like everything about it from the "vittles" to the catfish that I ate. The setting was cool and the amount of food that you get sure does fill you up. Would recommend and eat there again! more

This is a great place to eat. They bring you "vittles" when you sit down, which consists of beans and ham, coleslaw, hush puppies, onions, and pickles. The beans were great! We got the AUCE catfish and chicken. Both were equally good. We also got the gator tail, again very good. The atmosphere is very down-home and country. This place... more
