Great place for lunch!

This is the first time we have eaten here, but it won't be the last! I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch sub and my husband got an Italian. Both subs were very good! We each got 6" subs and that was more than enough. Our daughter and grandchildren were with us and they liked theirs, too. The little ones... read more

Had been telling husband how good the chopped salads were. Visiting from MI, sick child in car and asked hubby to "run in". After 25 minutes of watching people go in and come out went in with child and he was still waiting at counter for 1 salad. Got back to hotel no meat and wilted lettuce . Very disappointing.

I'm even more disappointed than you are. I hate we let you down. We work hard to make every guest's experience a great one. If you are every back in Pigeon Forge we would love the opportunity to make it up to you. Just as for Paul or the manager. Thanks for taking the time to let us know how... More

The food was great but it took at least an hour to get our food even though it wasn't that crowded. They also got part of my order wrong. My nine year old really enjoyed the fire truck. I would recommend this to someone that has more patience than we do. 😄

I'm sorry to hear your visit wasn't up to your standards or ours. Spring breaks sometimes catch us short staffed. Should you decide to give us another try, our Sevierville Restaurant is not as often swamped. We really appreciate you coming and hope to see you again. More

My 10 year old loved the fire truck in the restaurant. The subs were great and very timely for the restaurant to have been so full.

We had their subs for dinner last night and enjoyed them very much. Opting out of dinner at a nice steakhouse to get their subs again tonight!

I will say that these sandwiches for sure top the sub chain. I have never had a bad sandwich. Everyone that I recommend to go there also love it. The staff at this location was super friendly.

Although I would prefer a larger variety of toppings and condiments in general, the Brisket and Cheddar sub was amazing. Honestly the best brisket Ia have ever had!

Great place to get a great sub! Prices aren't bad, and food is delicious! They also support local fire districts so it's well worth it! Definitely a place to stop at!

Great subs. Kids loved the fire truck inside and were happy to get free firehats too. The decor is great and the staff is friendly, but most of all, the subs are terrific!

This was our first experience at a Firehouse Subs, having never seen one before. WOW, great food, fabulous selections, friendly staff, and a chance to browse through fire fighting equipment and history. All of the fire fighting equipment was displayed and almost close enough to touch, everything was brightly polished , that you could almost see your reflection in the... More
