Go no later than 6pm.Got a buzzer and shopped in delightful shops no more than ten minutes before buzzed to be seated. when we came out there were people everywhere waiting with their buzzers.Service great.Crusty warm bread to die for! Every dish that was carried by us looked sooooo good. I had the best salmon I have ever eaten. It... More

This is a great restaurant. The food selection is good. Huge portions. Friendly staff. It is located in the Old Mill area. It is a comfortable cafe with homemade desserts. My kids really enjoyed their meal. Afterwards, it is worth taking a stroll through the Pottery store.

This place is a part of the Old Mill umbrella of shops, including Old Mill Restaurant. However, it's not the same type of food. It's lighter fare like soups, salads and sandwiches. I was very disappointed when we arrived. I walked up to the host station, which had four employees standing around it. They all looked at me, including the... More

After reading all the reviews, we were expecting the food to be great. It was only average. I had the chicken salad sandwich and it tasted as if they forgot to add any spices. Very bland. My friends also tasted it and thought the same thing. Their salads were okay and the soup that came with their salad was cold... More

My mother, husband, daughter, and I ate here for lunch on Mother's Day. We sat outside and it was beautiful! My mom had the hamburger steak, my husband had the hamburger, my daughter had chicken fingers, and I had the pimiento cheese sandwich and potato soup. It was the best pimiento cheese I have ever had! Everyone enjoyed their food... More

The Pottery House Cafe was recommended to us by our hotel and it did not disappoint. Several of us had the soup of the day, baked potato soup with scallions and bacon, and it was superb served with the cafe's homemade bread. The children's meals were very generous for the $2.49 price, but all the food was reasonably priced. The... More

I would recommend this place to everyone. The food was GREAT!!! I had a fried green tomato BLT which was fabulous. Had a side of jalapeño corn pudding which was outstanding. Everyone in my party loved their food. Will definitely eat there again.

Everything is excellent, from entrees to sandwiches to salads. The Philly Cheese Steak is the best I have eaten in the South. The quiche is outstanding. We have eaten here twice in the past month and will continue to frequent. One of the very best places to eat in Pigeon Forge's myriad of tourist food. You will not be disappointed.

We love The Mill and try to eat here at least twice on our annual Spring trip to the Smokies. We are usually very hungry after miles of hikes during the day. We are always looking for new places and we must have passed this place by many times on our way to The Mill but decided to switch things... More
