Wish we would have tried this place sooner as it was xcellent!

We have been talking about trying this place for several years but always end up going someplace else for whatever reason. Top notch food. Been here a few times and every time it's good. Gotta get a piece of the pies. The coconut cream pie is delicious. On the way out stop and get some of their fresh baked bread. I also recommend sitting out on the patio.

Great place to sit and relax. Enjoy a great meal and some wine. The moment you walk into the cafe, the aroma of fresh baked bread overwhelms you instantly. More Smoky Mountain charm and friendly atmosphere. We loved it.

We have eaten here twice since my last review, and I am happy to say both meals were perfection. We love this place, and when we were there, on Sunday both times, musicians were playing in the gazebo area, which made for an enjoyable wait. They have changed their menu some, and added a few new items, but we usually... More

Had lunch at Old Mill Cafe during our Pigeon Forge visit. Our dishes ranged from burgers to chicken salad sandwiches and soups. Always good in the past and this visit was no exception. Look forward to our next visit.

Loved the home feeling and the whimsical nature surrounding the cafe. Ordered the patato soup. The bread that came with the soup was amazing!!! Cute little place. Has something for everyone and every budget.
