We enjoy eating here after riding the trolley from Dollywood. The portions are plentiful and reasonably priced. Don't miss the chicken tenders! The desserts are amazing! Our favorites are the chocolate pecan pie and carrot cake. The outside patio is very inviting, weather permitting.

My husband and I ate here 3 times during our 7 day visit! The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. (I especially enjoyed their delicious quiches and my husband loved their fresh, homemade bread!) Their use of the local pottery made the decor lovely and interesting. Service was extremely friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant!

We stopped in for a quick lunch and we will add this to our list of must visits. We went for lunch at 11 am on a Saturday and were immediately seated. My wife had the fried catfish. It was very good and the dill sauce for dipping was a nice change from traditional tartar sauce. I had the Philly... More

If you don't want to be part of the crowd at the Old Mill Restaurant, head across the street to the Old Mille Pottery House Cafe and Grill! The atmosphere is quaint like an outside garden, quiet and relaxing. The big windows give a view of the beautiful gardens and make you feel like you are dining outside. The food... More

In an area that is overcrowded with corporate food and overpriced novelty restaurants, the Potter House stands out. There really is no other way to say it...It's just good food at a good price. I generally don't like chips, but I always order them here. Service is always fast and friendly. They do get busy, so expect a little wait.

We went there for breakfast. I was hoping it would be lunch but was surprised that they were still serving breakfast around 10:45. The breakfast was very good. The only thing I didn't like was that we had a party of 13 and they couldn't put tables together, we had to sit in back to back booths.

We were seated very quickly even though they were busy. Our waitress was very attentive to what we needed, quick to refill drinks etc. The food was wonderful, overall a very nice lunch.

This location has wonderful food and we are regulars. Their menu has changed. The chicken tenders dinner use to have four tenders and two sides. We went in yesterday and now it is three chicken tenders and one side. We might not be visiting this restaurant as often.
