My husband and I visited on a Friday morning for lunch the week before Christmas. The cafe was decorated nicely for the holiday season. Seated promptly facing the garden area, the waiter was very helpful especially since I can be a difficult customer because I am gluten intolerant. If you can eat bread you will love this cafe. Lots of... More

Best meal of our trip. Huge portions, delicious food. Everything we ate was great. Service was fast, pleasant and accurate. My young daughter is still talking about the restaurant months later. Can't wait to go back. Salads were especially impressive!

I have reviewed this café before and gave it an excellent rating. We were not disappointed this time either. We had dinner there twice last week and the food, service and atmosphere were excellent again. On this visit the café was also decorated for Christmas. We sat in the room near the front of the restaurant. The fireplace was burning... More

Stopped in on a Saturday morning for an early lunch at 11am. Seated promptly, waiter friendly, and food as always not only beautiful to the eye, but delicious too. I had buttermilk chicken melt, slaw and steamed broccoli. Everything was great. Will return and spread the word to others.

We picked an old standby during a recent visit to Pigeon Forge, TN. The Old Mill Pottery House is usually full and waiting. However, we were shown immediately to our seat. Had the French Onion Soup, and both enjoyed it. The soup was paired with an Asian Salad that was tasty and fresh. Our other meal was open-faced hot beef... More

If Old Mill was crowded we always checked out pottery house café, great food and always good service. I liked to stop by and pick up a loaf or two of their fresh home made bread to take back to our cabin for lunch. They have different items on the menu from The Old Mill and everyone I tried was... This restaurant was delicious!!! We started with homemade bread that was so good!! Our waitress brought us plain and when I made a comment about another type--she offered to let me taste some of that one as well. I did and can say both types were delicious!! We bought a loaf to bring home. My husband and I had soup.... More

My aunt and I visited here for lunch and both ordered fried catfish. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. The fish was perfectly breaded and cooked. The meal was served with green beans, mashed potatoes, cole slaw and a hush puppy. All tables get corn fritters and butter infused with maple....very delicious. Excellent place! I... More

We decided to check here as the wait at the big restaurant was over an hour. We got into the grill in less than 30 min. Our server was fantastic; attentive, nice but not overbearing and genuine. Homemade potato chips were very good. The homemade bread was fantastic. The chicken tenders were wonderful; my ribeye was tasty; the teriyaki chicken... More
