We have eaten here many times and tried different things on the menu. We have never been disappointed. The food is wonderful!! They have the best French Onion Soup. Try it! you won't be disappointed! You almost always have to wait a bit for a table but it is well worth the wait!! This is one of our favorite places... More

Their signature sandwich, the turkey reuben and the homemade potato chips, along with the price ranked so high on our multiple restaurant visits that we went back for a second time. We would recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our meal here, pork chops and ground sirloin dinners were very good. The homemade bread they serve is so good. The salad was tasty and the mashed potatoes were good,-hint if you want gravy just ask. I am sure the desserts were good but we were too full to try them, they looked great. The food is... More

Though it was quite busy, our waitress was attentive and friendly. Their bread was warm and delicious and their chicken salad was some of the best I've ever had!

This place will fill up fast and for a good reason. The food is reasonably priced and good southern cooking. I had fried catfish and the wife had fried chicken livers, both were delicious. I have been to the Old Mill area many times but I will always stop at the cafe to eat from now on.

First time I have visited the Café and Grille. The soups are wonderful and we had really good service. The only thing I didn't like was the back room we were put in to eat. Seemed very outdated compared to the front part which is very open and bright. Will make sure to request that area on the next trip.

As locals it's hard to find good restaurants in our area that aren't chains. This one is a gem! Great food and pretty gardens to look out on while you dine. It can become crowded during busy season.

Finally I have found some freshness and some quality food in Pigeon Forge. Try this restaurant. The wait was 40 minutes on a Tuesday evening. Somewhat longer than staff estimated. Food was excellent. A pleasant surprise of quality, care and flavor. The chicken chli was tasty and clearly made with fresh ingredients. I had an angus burger that was prepared... More

Even though the last two visits we have had the same waitress.. who seems "lost" or "out of sorts" I will visit again, but will request to sit in a different area. The food is great. Probably the best steak fries we have had. :O) The portions are large here so we usually get a plate to share. Love this... More
