Mama's Farmhouse won the 2015 National Biscuit Festival People's Choice Award. They offer a family style, all you can eat, traditional southern food. But be sure you are starving when you go there because they bring you (and keep bringing you) a lot of food. We had the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and banana... More

We've always thought this looked like a neat place to eat so we decided to try it! The atmosphere was really neat and very comfy. It is family style (very small portions). The food was ok. It wasn't as good as we were expecting but we were full when we left so that's all that mattered. It's a good place... More

Nice place...friendly folks....fairly priced. Best biscuits and strawberry butter you`ll ever eat! Would recommend the mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Not impressed with chicken...a little under-done for my liking. Did not like the meatloaf....nothing wrong other than it wasn't for me. The banana pudding was excellent. Worth trying if you like country food and have a hearty appetite. You... More

Friendliest staff and best food in town. The chicken and meatloaf were awesome. Best cabbage and biscuits ever. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a lot of food for a great price that is just like a home cooked meal.

Food and Service were wonderful and it was just like eating at home with grandma. The Strawberry butter, meatloaf and banana pudding were out of this world. We will be back.

For the price - this is a good eatery. I'd advise either looking online or calling/stopping by to see what the day's menu is, as it is a different menu daily. We went on a Friday evening. Everything was great, except the fried chicken. I don't think anyone in our party really are it. It was mostly dark meat -... More

Dear Michael O, Thank you for coming into Mama's and for taking the time to post your thoughts. There should have been some white meat in the chicken we served you. So I apologize for that. However, should you come back in, please feel free to ask specifically for white meat and we'll keep serving it to you (after all,... More

This place is simply amazing. The welcome at the door, at your table, and from everyone is so nice!! I took my son here during a soccer tournament and this was the best food of our trip. Everything was hot, country style, and served at the table. The biscuits were a delight. I would recommend everyone go here.
