The experience was so bad we walked out and went across the street to Cracker Barrel. No one would really believe this would happen but it did! We waited with other customers for a cook to come out and make our omelets. She said she had to find gloves first. Then she looked around and couldn't find eggs. This was... More

This isn't the type of place for a romantic getaway dinner but it is delicious, there are numerous options, and the salad bar is awesome. We ate here for about $14.00 a person. Think of Golden Corral or any other Western Sizzlin you've been to on steroids! BBQ every night, mexican, italian, or steak. Take your choice. I'll put it... More

The food bar area is large. So much to choose from. The desserts in the far left room could have been a better selection. The salad bar and kids area in the right room had fresh items and was tasty. The rest of the middle section had great steak, shrimp, and side dishes. For the price we paid as seniors... More

Price was ridiculous and the food even worse. Food was mildly warm, lettuce brown and the General Manager Jason was the rudest person I have ever met in a service related business. We asked for a manager, we got one man who the got the head chef who then got Jason involved. Sadly, he said in his opinion everything was... More

Stopped in this morning for breakfast as we were leaving Pigeon Forge area. Worst place I have ever been in. Sign on door said if you enter that you must buy buffet.....so you couldn't even see what you were giong to be eating prior to paying. Food was expensive. Food tasted terrible. Bacon was just crumbled up small pieces. Potatoes... More

If you value your hard earned money. This place was just bad. Nothing else to say. Some meats were unidentifiable, and there was not a steak to be found. Oddly enough, for a wood fire grill, there is not a puff of smoke exiting the building.... The smoke flavor is from a bottle.

Saw this nice looking from the outside place earlier in the week and went to breakfast on 8-14. Very disappointed in the food choices both quality and number. The oranges, peaches and pineapples appeared to simply be out of bulk cans. Like many others, I was thinking "wood fired" would be something good. How wrong I was! The only thing... More

We stopped in and ate lunch as we were leaving and thought, Ahh we'll give it another try, no still not good! There is a large selection of food, but it reminds me of eating in school lunchroom. Bad food!

I stopped in here thinking that the name "Wood Fire Buffet" was going to promise me some good meat. The restaurant was quite busy and the choices on this buffet were overwhelming. My server was friendly and efficient. However, that's where the nice things stop. Most of the items on the buffet were dried out like they had been sitting... More

Me and my girlfriend went here and left with exploding diarrhea. There was a lot of choices, but most of everything was gross. There are plenty of good restaurants in pigeon forge. Don't choose this one.
