The steaks are great! They are shareable if you don't have a big appetite. Get there early or be prepared to wait. Casual dress and about $60-$80 for two.

My husband and I went to Pigeon Forge for a weekend get away. The first night there we could not decide where we were going to eat. So, we started driving and noticed this steakhouse located on a hillside. I am so glad that we stumbled upon the Alamo Steakhouse. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere!

The food was good, but definitely not justified by the price. You can get the same meal at other steakhouses and save $10-$15 per plate. Prime rib was good, just not worth $28. Server was below what you would expect for a "high end" steakhouse......

We ate here for the first time wanting to try the "famous" steaks. The food was just average but the prices were outrageous. My husband ordered his steak medium well and it was not cooked evenly. It ranged from being cooked well around the outside, all the way to medium (very pink) on the inside. The chicken tenders almost tasted... More

I am sorry you did not enjoy your meal at the Alamo. I can only hope that you let your server know about your husband's incorrectly cooked steak and the fact that you did not like the chicken tenders so that we were able to fix the problem. We do not have a teenager menu, so I am not certain... More

My family and I visited this steak house with high hopes based on the reviews here and came away disappointed. Seeing as this is a steak house we all ended up with steak dishes (although we were unable to order a strip steak of any kind as, apparently, their in-house butcher didn't make it to work that day according to... This was our first visit to the area. I ordered the Prime Rib with the mushroom risotto. Both were delicious. The prices were as to be expected at a steakhouse. If we are ever back in the area, I would definitely come here again.

Everyone should at least try the Alamo. We started off with an Bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer which I was skeptical of but it was delicious. I had the horseradish crusted filet mignon and it was the absolute best steak I have ever had. Perfectly cooked and had amazing flavor. My boyfriend had the T-bone which was great too. A bit... More

The steak that they serve are so wonderful, we enjoy going here each time we visit Pigeon Forge. The salads are great also, they offer a wedge salad that is simple but to die for so good. Servers are always attentive.

Went here for dinner during our vacation with 5 people. The meals were good, cooked nicely, and they gave you alot. The moonshine style drinks were really good too. Our waiter was pleasent and fast. The only thing that would bump this to a 5 star would be the atmosphere could use an update.
