Support Locally owned all the way!

I enjoy supporting locally owned establishments and this was no except. The place has been here a good while and it's obvious. Small little plaza just across from the Doubletree Hotel. Nice little walk. Enjoyed Gyros, club sandwich and Reuben. Sides of fries and onion rings all tasty. A definite... read more

First time here and I tried the Rosemary steak sandwich which was amazing as well as their homemade baklava. Excellent service too. I will be back.

The cheeseburger...the best ever!!!!! Also sandwiches are hot and the cheese is melted nicely. Yum! Onion rings delicious. It is a little more than Burger King or Wendy's but there is NO comparison. I just saw a post that said small burger, small fry..small coke 14.00..Not True unless you had the huge double with a giant fry and a all... More

We walked from our hotel and found Billy's right next door. It's a nice clean, no frills deli with great pizza. It was a nice have a delicious quick meal after a long day of traveling.

When we lived in Farragut, we liked Sam & Andy's, and now in Oak Ridge we have found this great place! Local, small "hole-in-the-wall" with great food and fair prices. Our two boys usually share a small pizza and we have a burger, both are awesome! It's somewhat of a mix a restaurant and convenience store, because you can choose... More

I routinely go here for either the fantastic Steak in a Sack or one of their great burgers. Love the Steak Fries. Fantastic food and employees are great people too. One of my staples and regular places to eat. I've heard the pizzas are also legendary but I've yet to try one even after eating here for several years. Most... More

This is a Mom and Pop restaurant that has been around for many years. They have recently offered breakfast but have not tried it. It is sandwiched between a liquor store and a gas station so it does seem appealing from the road. Don't let that mislead you. I always enjoyed the burger and generous helping of large order of... One of my favorite places for take out deli sandwiches is Billy's Time Out Deli, The have a call in policy for take out and ours has almost always been fresh off the grill. A group of us at work call in regularly for lunch. They do have eat-in service but since we don't get much time for lunch, we... More

We have enjoyed an easy burger lunch several times at Billy's. On our first visit, I was disappointed not to see Roast Beef on Rye. In fact, they only have burger buns and hero buns. Well, hoagie, submarine, whatever... Big buns. To be a deli, a restaurant should offer more of the traditional "deli" fare.... Having said that..... Billy's is... More
