Description: We are located in historic Jackson Square. This property once housed Jackson Square pharmacy. After 55 years in the same family this property became available because the previous owners wished to retire. We were lucky to get it. We renovated and tried to keep as much of the original charm as possible. We hope you like it.

I live about 25 miles from resturant but had never been there. It was all it was said to be. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Great home cooking and very gererous amounts of food. The orders of chicken tenders were so much, one person couldn't easily eat them all and they were delicious. We had a great server. He got everything right and... More

One of the Secret City's best meals can be found at Deans. Who can resist the chicken salad or grilled chicken breast. Always ask for the vegetable of the day special. I love the grilled corn and sweet potatoes.

Good southern food. I was surprised how big their menu is. My food came in a timely manner, was hot and delicious. But make sure you room for their desserts. There are plenty to choose from. This restaurant is in the Jackson Square where the Oak Ridge Playhouse is. I know they are doing construction so you may have to... More

I've been many times. I've never once been disappointed with it. They've got great service, great food, and a nice location. They have a spiced sweet tea that's better than any sweet tea I've ever had. It's also right next to the Oak Ridge Playhouse. If there's ever a play going on, Dean's is a great pre-show meal.

This is easily in the top 3 restaurants in Oak Ridge, and IMHO probably the best. Great entrees, very tasty dishes, and nice desserts to boot! Located in historic Jackson Square and near the Playhouse, this place makes part of a great well rounded evening out.

As locals, we visit Dean's frequently. With their budget-friendly prices, our family can eat out, enjoy a hot and delicious meal in a quiet friendly atmosphere for not much more than a trip to a fast-food restaurant. Service is always great and tables are spaced so you do not feel cramped at all. We are delighted to have Dean's as... More

Comfort food at some of its best. Salads are good too! Could use a bit more seasoning for flavor to the food. The offer fish and chips, just wish they had malt vinager to go along with it. I've not tried the deserts; however, they always look amazing.

We gave them a try after a few friends had noted liking the daily single meat and vegetable offering. Their kitchen needs to give more thought to presentation, but it was tasty. Pastry still offers a unique home style set of choices.
