My husband & I go here about every 3 months. It is usually for the special themed dinners & cooking demonstrations. The new chef, Mason, is great at creating dinners & desserts using unexpected ingredients. There is always wine matched up to each part of the dinner & plenty to go around. We have learned several useful tips in preparing... More

Went for a fun outing with David and his family to celebrate his Mom's recent birthday! Ate at Cortner Mill (located in an old gristmill dating back to 1825) - had a fabulous gourmet meal with dessert for just a few dollars more than a meal at KFC! If you are looking for a fun spring get-away with picturesque views... More

We dined at the Cortner Mill on Thursday, Oct 17 - and we were shocked to be the only ones there that night. While it seemed like a dumb business decision to keep the restaurant open for just us - we are glad they did! We had one of the best dining experiences EVER! The food was amazing and the... More

We have been here twice. Once with another couple and once with our daughter-in-law and three grandchildren ages 9 and 7 (boy and girl twins). Loved it both times. Do not count on the children occupying themselves with cell phone or I-pad games. There is no cell phone reception at this remote location. Take something else for them to play... More

My wife and I were 2 of the six from previous review. Agree with all stated however 2 years ago my wife and I enjoyed a great experience here. It was our anniversary and we were literally the only couple in the restaurant! I understand that was a previous owner? We had a different server (as one would expect) and... More

I had heard great reviews, however, our experience last night,14 Feb 2013, was a disaster. We arrived 15 minutes before our 5:45 reservation for 6 people (3 couples). The trip was at least a 45 minute drive for four of us, after working all day. Seated and orders placed by 6:00, finally served our main entree at 7:45, prime med... More

The food is wonderful, the service is great and the views are breathtaking! Not exactly child friendly...if you have a little one...might need to bring your own booster seat.

We attended Easter Sunday and had a superb brunch, the lamb was offered as we liked, medium rare, the array of meats, side dishes, salads, and desserts were ample and the quality of the foods offered, all made on the premises, as well as the wine list that has some nice offerings at moderate prices. The service is lovely, the... More

I only recently discovered Cortner Mill, but have been twice within a month! Once was for Sunday brunch and the other was for a special event: Italian night, which consisted of a cooking demonstration and brief lesson on Italian wines, not to mention the yummy meal. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious! It is... More

My husband and I were married in 1997 in Tullahoma and had a small, quaint wedding reception at Cortner Mill. The atmosphere was as perfect as it could be. The staff had every detail ready when we arrived and they were perfectly attentive to our every need. We spent the night just relaxing and enjoying the magic of the mill.... More
