Second trip to this restaurant turned out just as good as the first time a few months ago. Fresh appetizers, not to long of a wait and excellent food. Will definitely be back

Sagebrush Steakhouse is one of the better places to eat in Newport, TN. It's got a decent menu and I like the food. It also has a large full liquor bar, too. The service is slow, but that's everywhere you go around here.

Other than the drunk loud guy sitting next to me that I envisioned punching in his fat neck, the experience was very good. The 8oz filet was cooked to perfection, the sweet potato was big and the veggies were fresh. Along with a couple of cold draft beers, I declare it a good night. The restaurant is convenient to the... I remember Sagebrush from when I was a kid, when you could throw your peanut shells on the floor. These days you get a couple of stale and salty biscuits at your table instead of peanuts, and the whole experience feels like being in an airport. Cheap, sterile, generic. :( too bad.

This restaurant was convenient to our motel and was recommended by a local. Red flag was uncleared tables and trashy floors. Before we got our order two people at nearby tables sent their food back. Ordered the prime rib described as "delicious" by our server. Refused the first offering, couldn't cut the second. My wife's kabobs were skimpy and did... More

What on earth were those appetizer things?? Those were amazing. They were kind of like cheddar biscuits or something but they were garlicy and delicious. I could have eaten like 100 of them. I ordered the chicken covered in cheese and it was good. I can't even remember what my husband had but I think he liked it ok. The... More

Ordered two filet dinners to go, with loaded baked potato and mixed veggies. Very good meal, however biscuits are not the best.

Extra attentive and friendly wait staff. Fair prices and good food selections. 99 cent margarita's on Monday, all you can eat ribs on Tuesday.
