When the weather cooperates, Sambuca's patio can be a fine place to spend a pleasant evening in Nashville's always-busy Gulch area. And while menu prices are on the high side, it's possible to hang out here without breaking the bank; simply dine like Spaniards. Small dishes from the appetizers and sides menus are enough for two or three to enjoy.... More

This was a very good meal. The music was really nice and I enjoyed the atmosphere as well. This is a good place for a business dinner or a night out with friends.

This is Nashville - you get lots of musical talent here. It's nice to find a place that grabs a fair number of people week over week and puts them on stage. The night we went was a good one, I suppose some other nights might not be. I will admit that it was a bit tough to speak with... More

Our group of four had an 8PM reservation and were seated within about ten minutes. That was outstanding considering how crowded they were. The food was outstanding. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the side dishes were very good. Deserts were good but nothing memorable. We were told the entertainment was jazz. I did not realize "Achy Breaky Heart" and... Took a party of 9 to this restaurant and it was great! The waiter was one of the most knowledgeable I've ever met; knew the menu well and gave great advice on which items to pair-up, modify, etc. He basically built a custom dinner for each of us and was very attentive to our needs. I had the Hickory-Smoked Prime... More

Loved the live music, loved the food, would definitely go back. Sitting too close to stage however... it can be hard to here conversations... Also another downside... only 1 good vegetarian option. They need at least 1 more vegetarian option. As the night I went they actually sold out of their veggie lasagna, and I ended up getting the last... More

Let me start by saying this place is AWESOME!!!! We were passing through Nashville on our way to Atlanta. Did a little looking on the internet before we left to find a neat place with live music for dinner. I am so glad we found Sambuca. The place is so cool, and located in The Guluch, a really upscale part... More

It was our 22nd anniversary & we wanted to visit the Gulch in Nashville for the first time. We chose Sambuca because it had a great menu & live music. What a find! Our service was exceptional, the wine superb, the food absolutely delicious, & the entertainment fabulous. We'll do it again for a special occasion as it is rather... More

The hostesses (three of them) were busy talking to each other rather than helping us. We were early and sat at the bar. We had to come back and ask them if our table was ready rather than them coming to get us. The place was not that busy that one of the three could help. The bartender was great.... More

My client suggested this place for dinner after our work meeting. Much to our surprise Red Bow records was having a party with live music being performed by Rachel Farley. Not only was the live music great the dinner was excellent. For appetizers we had the Goat Cheese Stuffed Artichokes and the Shrimp & Crab Dip both are definite must... More
