While the food at Flyte was all very good and the server (Kevin) was awesome, I think it's overpriced. Fortunately we had a Groupon that gave us our whole meal for 1/2 price. The food is perfectly cooked and while the menu is limited, anyone should be able to find something they like. The... read more

Visited here a few days ago with a friend for restaurant week dinner. The food was lovely (crab cold soup, brisket and and oh-my-God-I've-died-and-gone-to-heaven peaches and cream cheesecake!) I would also point out that the service was lovely. Our waitress was well informed on food and drinks that were on the menu and happily accommodated dietary restrictions. The portions were... More

Flyte is an upscale restaurant with an extensive wine list -- over 100 wines by the glass! Reviews of service have been variable but we experienced top notch service from our waiter (Todd). We're from New York and can only eat so much pulled pork and fried food, so Flyte was a welcome change during our week in Nashville. It... More

We dined at Flyte last night. Our server, Will, was very knowledgeable about the cocktail and dinner menu and walked us through the highlights. Our cocktails were very good and quite as expected. We can only speak to our meals and not of the couple we were with. We had the Golden Beets appetizer which was strangely mushy. From the... More

Interesting menu using local foods, so a little confused when they had Atlantic fish on the menu. Food was well prepared and presented and did not disappoint. Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful with our choices as many of the items were unfamiliar to us. Hostess was very friendly and helpful with getting us a cab on a super busy night.... More

We wanted to try this place bacause we like to sample various wines. On a Saturday evening my GF and I took a seat at the bar. There were several seats available. After about five minutes, none of the staff had even acknowledged our presence, so I reached accross the bar for a menu. After studying the menu for a... More

Very delicious Columbia River salmon dinner. This was excellently prepared. In house baked bread. Extensive wine selection. Enjoyable experience in a converted textile factory. They appear to take great care in preparing your meal.

I enjoyed a business meal here recently. I was the only person who had been here previously but it had been 3 years or so. New chef and excellent menu. We split the Beef Tartare and Dungeness Crab Salad for starters. I thought the Tartare was simply amazing. I had the Elk for my main course...medium rare on the absolute... More

Our first visit to this restaurant. No complaints about the food quality. However, it has a limited menu and very few options. The server appeared somewhat pretentious and really not helpful. For the price of the food, I expected better service and a better selection. We were seated close to the kitchen, which is open so noise from food preparation... More

*The Chef has Changed Since This Review* Wow... and I really didn't expect it. My husband basically refused to go here. After seeing chopped on Food Network, he really dint like Chef Matt Lackey. He presents himself as someone who was over confident, rude and demining. Honestly, I wasn't too fond of him myself, but after amazing reviews, awards and... More
